For all you haters out there who didn't think The Bachelor's Jake Pavelka and Vienna Girardi would last, you should know that according to Dancing With the Stars insiders, the couple could not be closer.
No, really. Wherever he goes, she goes. And wherever he goes, she goes, too. (And no, that is not a typo.)
Turns out, these two are attached at the hip, and here's why:
"Vienna is very protective of Jake," a source who works with her fiancé on DWTS tells me. "She's always around."
"She sees how many girls flirt with him," says another insider, "and a lot of them do, so [Vienna] goes with him as many places as she can."
That includes plenty of Jake's private DWTS rehearsals with his partner, Chelsie Hightower. However, we don't see her much during the footage, because, I'm told, Vienna has said she's "not a fan of reality TV." (Riddle me that!)
Jake, who just made his plea for votes in this season's "popularity contest" here, maintains that things are great with his fiancée, and tells us, "Vienna has been so supportive. She's been my cornerstone, my idol through all of this."
When asked if they are falling prey to the dating rumors circulating about other DWTS partners, Jake just says with his trademark squeaky-clean grin: "Rumors are going to be rumors, but rumors are a lot of time not fact. I'm engaged, I'm very happy. I'm loving my bride and just having a great time now."
As for that girl who dumped him (sorta), then became the next Bachelorette, Jake has this to say: "I think Ali is going to have a great season. I think it's gonna be extremely dramatic. Not on her part, but when you put 25 to 30 guys on top of each other, people are going to fight and argue. It's going to be really interesting, and she is thrown right in the middle of it. I just pray for her that she can make head or tails of who the really great guys are, because she deserves a great guy."
