Are you ready to rumble?

(Man, we totally need an echo sound-effect machine 'cause that would've sounded way cooler.)

E! Online's Save One Show--the campaign that gives you fans the power to help save one series from possible cancellation--is back for round two.

The votes have been flooding in over the past week, and today we've cut the list of contenders down to only a handful.

Here Are Your Final Five (in Alphabetical Order):

  • Better Off Ted
  • Chuck
  • Life Unexpected
  • One Tree Hill
  • Parenthood

The Shows That Didn't Make It:

  • Accidentally on Purpose
  • FlashForward
  • The Forgotten
  • Ghost Whisperer
  • Heroes
  • Human Target
  • Medium
  • Melrose Place
  • Mercy
  • Numb3rs
  • Scrubs
  • Sons of Tucson
  • Trauma
  • V

Important Things on Your To-Do List:

  1. You need to vote again in the Final Five poll below! (Previous votes no longer count.)
  2. You need to get on Twitter! If you want to save a show that did not make the Final Five, you can still get it back in the running! Tweet it like crazy with "#SOS" plus the full show name today, tomorrow and Wednesday morning. Here are the hash tags you should use:

#SOSACCIDENTALLY
#SOSFLASHFORWARD
#SOSTHEFORGOTTEN
#SOSGHOSTWHISPERER
#SOSHEROES
#SOSHUMANTARGET
#SOSMEDIUM
#SOSMELROSEPLACE
#SOSMERCY
#SOSNUMB3RS
#SOSSCRUBS
#SOSSONSOFTUCSON
#SOSTRAUMA
#SOSV

On Wednesday, we will announce the Twitter Wild Card Winner, which will go to the series with the most #SOS tweets. That Wild Card winner will be reentered as a contender in the final round of voting, which begins this Wednesday. (Make sure you're following @kristinalert for all the timely SOS announcements involving voting.)

The SOS winner will be named on Monday, April 12, when we will make a big push for the chosen series on E! Online, E! News and Daily 10, and take your message directly to the network decision-makers.

Good luck and may the most-loved series win!
