Gossip Girl First Look: What's Lily's Dad Doing With Dan Humphrey?

Former Brat Packer Andrew McCarthy takes a stab at directing an episode of the CW hit

Heads up Brat Pack fans, Andrew McCarthy is back!

After popping up as little Lily's dad (Rick Rhodes) in last season's '80s flashback episode of Gossip Girl, our friends at the CW tell us Andrew is back tonight with our favorite Upper East Siders, and we have your exclusive, behind-the-scenes first look at the episode.

So what's Lily's daddy doing? And why hasn't he aged?

Don't worry. He's not pulling a Richard Alpert (à la Lost). Andrew is actually behind the cameras for tonight's ep, directing the episode.

And it's a pretty juicy ep! You Nate and Serena fans can look forward to much Nate-Serena hotness, and there's also a clear indication of which way Blair and Chuck are heading. (Hint: Check out the (fake) loud-Chuck-and-Blair sex details right here.)

Will Chuck finally discover if that lady by the graveside is his mom? Are Dan and Vanessa ever going to get back together? And what's the deal with Rufus and Lily?!
