Exclusive Gossip Girl Sneak Peek of Loud Chuck and Blair Sex! (...Or Is It?)

Is the Upper East Side's power couples—including Nate and Serena!—getting hot and heavy?

Oh. My. Awesome.

The CW's Gossip Girl finally returns this Monday at 9 p.m., and if the scene we just scored from the second episode back ("The Lady Vanished," airing March 15) is any indication, there's a lot going on with the show's current power couples: Nate and Serena, and Blair and Chuck.

So who's getting hot and heavy—loudly, for the whole world to hear!—and who's just "not connecting right now?" (Boo.)

Here's the scoop:

It's Nerena (or Sate?) aka Nate and Serena who are turning up the heat between the sheets—or make that on top of Chuck Bass' couch (which Blair says she's so happy she got Scotchguarded).

And although those tricky-dicky writers make us think Blair and Chuck are doing the deed, too, it turns out Blair's faking it (solo) and professes she and Chuck "aren't connecting right now."

See it all for yourself in the exclusive video above!

"He's shutting me out," B tells S, "in his head, all the time. Last week he went through something and if he's still upset, I just want him to be able to talk to me."

That "something" is most likely Chuck spying a woman who may or may not be his mother. But remember, according to Gossip Girl boss Stephanie Savage, the hunt for the truth may bring them closer.

"Chuck and Blair's main story when we come back will be solving the mystery of the lady at Bart's grave," Stephanie told me. "Who she is, where she came from, what she wants. I think it's a really great Chuck and Blair story that's very emotional. You see them working together and supporting each other in a way that I think fans will really enjoy."

Which couple are you rooting for most when Gossip Girl returns? And how do you feel about the clip above?

Make sure you watch Gossip Girl this Monday at 9 p.m. on the CW.
