Video: American Idol Kicks Off Auditions in Boston
More than 7,000 wannabe singers lined up in the rain and wind at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass., Sunday night in the hopes of getting the coveted ticket to Los Angeles to be America's next American Idol.
The auditions, for season nine of American Idol, which debuts, as usual, in January, drew the usual mix of the good, the bad and the ugly to belt out their favorite songs for the judges. Check out the video above to get a taste of how it all went down...
