Danko: "There are no rules, even gravity."
H.R.G: "It's all about spinning plates, living in the gray area. Twenty years of middle management, it becomes second nature."

Does anyone else think that Danko and H.R.G.'s little exchange was as much about writing for Heroes as it was about being a stealth operative in a world full of supers? Tonight's season finale of Heroes wrapped up Volume IV: Fugitives and launched Volume V: Redemption, and if you're ready to discuss who ended up in whose body, jump in here...

EVERYTHING OLD IS NEW AGAIN: And the Company rises from the ashes again. This time led by Claire's two dads, this new Company will work to protect both the public and the supers, instead of holding them hostage with those creepy nasal canulas jammed into their brains.

LOL SYLAR: "What's your brother's name again? Larry?" Can't wait for the re-emergence of Zachary-Quinto-as-Sylar (not to be confused with Adrian-Pasdar-as-Sylar-as-Nathan), because Zachary Quinto's facial expressions, line readings and general personality continue to be one of the shiny standouts of this series. (For that matter, props to Zeljko Ivanek for his pitch-perfect Sylar smirk at the top of the episode. It's like that guy's an Emmy-winning actor or something!)

SUPERMATT: Love that Parkman has turned into such a powerful superhero, and that his very very dangerous power—total mind control—is in the hands of such a sweet and moral guy. We love you Grunny! And that love goes double for that little Mohinder-Matt moment at the end of the episode. Those two still have great chemistry.

LIVE STRONG: Nosebleeds are the new black. If you watch a lot of TV you've seen them on Prison Break, Lost and now Heroes—as Hiro's powers overwhelm his body, he struggles to keep body and mind intact. Come on buddy! Stay strong!

AQUAGIRL: Ali Larter is back and it looks like she's been more or less waterboarding the men who tried to kill her while she was in custody of Building 26. Kudos the CGI folks who worked on the cool effect of Tracy reassembling herself out of water.
