You saw it onscreen for yourself, but E! News' exclusive backstage access to Stars gave us another hint that Lawrence Taylor was ready to go tonight on DWTS. It's not like the guy took a dive or anything, but it did seem like he was more than keen to get on with his life. What did he say?

Taylor told E!, "It's been a hell of a ride, and I really enjoyed it, to a point, and I'll tell you this was great. It was a blessing, and I'm happy. I went as far as I could go. I learned a lot of different things, and I couldn't be more happy."

"To a point," huh? Not exactly an effusive declaration of excitement over the entire situation, right? For that matter, just hours after wrapping Dancing he was already making plans with another pastime: golf. Taylor said, "I'm going to Miami tomorrow. I've got a tee time."

Taylor will, however, miss his partner, Edyta Sliwinska, although he was less enthusiastic about the weeks of early morning that they shared: "Edyta is a workaholic. I think I'm going to miss getting up at 6 a.m. and seeing each other. She's the first woman I see in the morning."

What else went down after tonight's show?

Steve Wozniak Was Adorable (As Always): Woz said, "I miss dancing extremely. More than the dancing, I miss the practicing. I miss the sweating and the work—I've got to find a solution to this." (Pssst...dancing is not some kind of algorithm! Just get down with your bad self!)

Gilles Marini Talked About His Penis (Sort Of): When asked if he'd be up for a Sex and the City sequel, Gilles told E! News, "It's not up to me. If Michael [Patrick King] wants to put me in there, I'm more than happy to be there. There's so much more creation to do with this character. There's another side you didn't see, and the side that you saw, you will see again." (Erm, in 30 Rock terms, that side he's talking about is his bottom front quadrant...)

Shawn Johnson Was Happy: Little Shawn felt like she was making progress, saying, "The cha-cha is my favorite dance. It's different. I felt like I went to the next step. It was really hard, but I felt like I got it."

What did you think? Was tonight's elimination fair? Post in the comments!
