Kate Hudson Is Not Moving Into 90210

Just as we were excitedly trying to figure out how Kate Hudson would fit into the sex, drugs, alcohol and murder plotlines that lie ahead for everyone's favorite Bev Hills drama, came the death blow.

Here's the real deal on that hot rumor...

Kate, who doesn't exactly, um, do the small screen, will not be appearing on an upcoming episode of 90210 as celebrity weekly InTouch reported this morning. Kate's personal rep Brad Cafarelli gave E! News the official "not true," as did the PR peeps over at the CW.

The rumor started because Kate is besties with the show's Sara Foster, who plays Jen, the big sis to AnnaLynne McCord's character, Naomi.

If being a good friend of a show's star is enough to start a rumor, then we've got another story to sell you: Tina Fey is guest starring on Parks and Recreation! Wink, wink.
