Evil Spoiler! Who's Really Dying on Desperate Housewives?
As our darling (and far less nefarious) colleague Kristin Dos Santos has spilled along with us, it's getting deadly over on Desperate Housewives' soapy Wisteria Lane. And now we know some of who, exactly, is getting offed.
This is all, of course, for the big finale this season, you know. Something to keep you sipping copious amounts of eggnog throughout the holidays while you wait to see just how all the fortysomething babes cope with the tragic occurrences caused by a plane crash right in front of their pretty picket fences.
Are you ready? BIGASS SPOILER ALERT, 'cause it sure ain't pretty. And it sure ain't who you'd suspect:
Spoiler Alert! A Desperate Housewives Spinoff?
Did you all catch Nicollette's final stint on Desperate Housewives the other night? We totally felt bad for the babe. You could tell through N's flat-lined narrative that this bitch was not pleased to be let go, and it gave us secondhand awkwardness listening to her unusually mundane voice. But Nic had every right to be pissed.
Execs were toying with killing off Edie for a while, but never gave her the final heave-ho until recently, ya know, when they informed Sheridan's costars first. Think of it like one of those super long, overdrawn breakups where you think you're getting back together, but are actually left in the dust. We've all been there.
So now that N.S. is trying to move on, what's up for the other stars on the hit show? We hear rumblings of a wedding, a divorce and a possible spinoff:

Desperate Spoiler! Does the Wrong Bitch Die?
For all of you impatient Housewives watchers out there, we've got some scoop about that awful fate in store for Nicollette's character, Edie Britt, along with another poor Wisteria Lane soul. Jump in to hear the bad news and...the bad news, but only if you antsy boob-tube be-yotches can take it.
Private Trumps Desperate, Coincidence?
You all must check out Private Practice tonight which, by the way, is beating Desperate Housewives in the ratings—how very interesting. Could it be because P.P. has hired fab actor Jon Powell, to guest star?
Even Watch With Kristin, which features only the best of the best in boob-tube experiences, is hot on Practice now. I don't think the casting choices and newfound ratings are a coincidence. J.P. is not in this sneak peek clip, but look for him in the therapy session that follows on tonight's ep.
Annoying but necessary disclaimer: I'm married to this stud, FYI.
