In a strange communiqué to fans, a stern, clearly irked ex-Beatle Ringo Starr has posted a video on his website demanding that “after the 20th of October, do not send fan mail to any address that you have. Nothing will be signed,” states the 68-year-old drummer. “I’m warning you with peace and love, I have too much to do,” he continues, a remote control clearly visible in his hand.

“It’s odd indeed, as Ringo really hasn’t had very much to do in quite a while,” offers British music critic Mick Crimpnel to Soup reporters. "Actually, he never really had much to do. Except cash checks."
