So sassed Spencer's li'l sis Stephanie Pratt at last night's opening of the Conga Room, bitching about rumored fling and Hills costar Doug Reinhardt's mushy new romance with Amanda Bynes.
Dougie's been stepping out on the town with Mands ever since they cemented their coupling by changing their Facebook status to "In a Relationship"—so 21st century sweet.
Stephie must be steaming with jealousy, since D.R. all-out denied hooking up with her on a Hills episode this season. Don't worry, Ms. Pratt, we think Bynes-babe will come back to her good-girl senses when she finds out that boyf Dougie sometimes likes to do most of his partying in bathroom stalls with peroxide types.
