Heidi and Spencer, Hollywood Hypocrites

Sarah Palin, John McCain Painting

At the Hollywood, D.C.: Lights! Camera! Election! event presented by Svedka Vodka at the World of Wonder gallery in H'wood, McCain minions Heidi and Spencer—as no doubt you've heard, as we're certain you live, breathe and masticate the Speidi, just like we do—were the hosts of this completely deceivingly partisan art event.

On the surface it just seemed like a "go vote!" soiree featuring political pop art, but the mood was certainly swaying for Barack, down to the Democratic blue cupcakes served.

Every candidate took an ego knocking, fer sure, but there wasn't a single pro-McCain/Palin work of art in the place, whereas Obama was mostly depicted in the likeness of a superhero, quelle surprise.

One grand painting had Sarah and John as the ringleaders of a sideshow in hell, doing tricks with Osama bin Laden and Hitler—even we think that may be a bit much. And what the ef are gun-totin' Republicans like Speidi doing supporting such a mockery of their party leader? Guess that's why they bailed out of the bash right after their photos were taken; so much for being gracious hosts. McCain should find himself some more reliable celeb endorsers, we fear.
