For a star attempting a touring comeback, one for which she'll ostensibly need public support (as I believe we're the ones purchasing the tickets and accompanying music downloads), Brit Spears sure is stupid.
Or arrogant. Or blonde. Take your pick.
Her entire legal team's defense that it's, like, totally cool do drive in California without a license because she resides in Louisiana makes as much sense as when Paris Hilton begged the judge not to legally punish her for doing the same because her poor bitch publicist didn't take care of things like he should have. Are these celebs on crack? Don't answer that.
Instead, scream to somebody—me, your local Starbucks, anybody—that it's astoundingly insulting to pay to enjoy the talents of these jokers, while pretending they don't poop like the rest of us. Hey, I'm a slut for Britney as much as the next queen, but this latest antic of hers smells more than most, which is saying something impressive.
