In her first glamorous evening out since her son Skyler Morrison Berman was born March 24, Rachel Zoe showed off her already back to skinny-minny frame in an all-black pantsuit at Thursday night's bash for IWC Schaffhausen presents "Peter Lindbergh's Portofino."

With her doting baby daddy, Rodge, by her side, Zoe revealed to us exactly how she stays in stylist-to-the-stars shape, and no, it's not her rumored asparagus diet...

"I'm eating a ton and nursing my child. I have not exercised, I can tell you that much," dished Zoe of her still super-skinny frame. "This is my first time out since he was born. Life is amazing, it's perfect. It's complete, I'm in love and I can't see straight."

But what is bound to be the world's most stylish baby boy has yet to make his fashionable debut.

"He's home sleeping. I have to go home and feed him right now," said Zoe, who told us she picked her son's name because, "It was just one of my favorite names, always. It made a lot of sense because the ‘S' in his name was for my great aunt and the ‘M' in his middle name is for my grandfather and my husband's mother."

So did the stylist turned reality-TV star turned mommy let her Bravo camera crew follow her pregnancy and allow them into the delivery room à la Kourtney Kardashian?

"I don't know, you'll have to watch and see what happens," Zoe told us with a smirk.

But one thing that is definite is that a baby isn't slowing down the busy stylist.

"I have an unbelievable team that works with me and they've been running the show," said Zoe of her bananas work schedule. "I've been working from home and they've been coming to my house instead of the office for the past couple of weeks and it's been amazing."

One member of Zoe's team noticeably absent this season? Her ex-assistant, Brad Goreski, who was also at the bash and even gifted his former boss with a tower of Hermes baby toys earlier this month.

When asked if the formerly inseperable boss/employee duo were still as tight despite Brad venturing into his own styling career and having his own reality-TV show in the works, Zoe simply responded, "I'm just talking about the event tonight."

And as for any more bambinos joining the Zoe bunch? "Right now I'm just having fun with this one," Zoe told us.

Here's to hoping the camera crews were rolling to capture the first baby Zoe being wrapped in a cashmere Missoni blanket immediately upon his arrival into the world!

Thanks, Kourtney Kardashian, for paving the way on reality show birthing standards!
