Don't color yourselves completely shocked that with his new, anticipated movie, Water for Elephants, just weeks from release, Robert Pattinson is talking about how ready he is to move on from Twilight.

The Brit opened up to Entertainment Weekly in this month's issue, out tomorrow, and said not only is he over the Twilight saga, but he finds the story behind it all totally boring and weird.

It burns, doesn't it? But don't hate on the Twi lad just yet. He's sticking around, just being really careful about what his next onscreen look will be. So from Edward Cullen to...

"I'd love to play a big, fat person," the charming actor spilled in his interview with the mag. And we would love to see that. Turns out the Water for Elephants actor wants to achieve his movie metamorphosis at the mental and physical levels. After all, who can blame the dude? He's been filming the vampire saga since 2008. Might as well be a decade, right?

"I literally feel like we've been doing it my whole life," he sighs. It's that overwhelming, huh, Rob?

Oh and he had many more Twilight feelings to disclose, especially in regard to the final two installments:

"It's a horror movie. I've seen a few bits, and I just can't see how it's going to be PG-13...unless they cut everything out," he laughed.

I mean, Kristen Stewart giving birth to a half-vampire baby sounds pretty graphic and disturbing. But this fleeting vampire will def be keeping one of his most prized, and rare, movie star attributes regardless of his next onscreen persona: his modesty.

"Generally, what I think is cool is whatever everybody else hates," he ‘fessed. Doubtful. Well, except for maybe that alligator you were sporting some weeks ago on the cover of Vanity Fair. Now, that's weird.

Trying to convince us that his Hollywood lifestyle is far from extravagant R.Pattz continued, claiming that the end of Twilight will bring an end to many things.

"All the gossip stories won't work—they're always combined with Twilight, so once that's done and it can't be combined with the promotion of the film, I think it will end," he said with some severe wishful thinking.

As long as Rob's not talking about his precious relationship with K.Stew, we're all about good, overdone things coming to an end. Yet, there is something about this Breaking Dawn demise that has many of us, and even the burned-out vamp, itching with fear for the future.

"It's funny how it's ending in 2012," he said. "This is how the world will end."

Dramatic, but true! We're glad Rob at least realizes the flick's fatal impact.
