Audrina Patridge is certainly keeping busy since her days of fighting with Justin Bobby on The Hills have ended. At Sunday night's MTV Video Music Awards, the one-time reality sidekick was busy pimping her upcoming stint on Dancing With The Stars (they sure are getting lax with that last word these days, huh?).

We caught up with her on the white carpet and chatted all things DWTS, as well as asking her and fellow Hills alum Lo Bosworth which "star" from their series should be the next to compete.

First things first, we asked the uber-glammed out A.P.—who's "very excited" to have nabbed a spot in the competition—if she had any dancing history to fall back on when she hits the stage:

"Not really, like I'll go out with my girlfriends and dance," she dished, though we're guessing that bumping and grinding à la the Hell-Aye club scene won't win bonus points with the judges.

"When I was a little girl I did a little bit of ballet and jazz but nothing that I really remember, so this is all new to me."

Even so, the gal isn't worried about hurting herself like so many DWTS contestants past (think Jake Pavelka, Jewel and Niecy Nash):

"No, I take it easy and if I start to get really sore, I take a break. I don't want to get hurt, I want to push through this."

The babe fesses she's doesn't know who her biggest competition is—yet—but she's excited to be on a reality series with (hopefully) far less drama than her former. And so we had to ask about our fave reality TV guido and whether she's excited to see his abs up close and personal:

"I mean, I'm sure we'll see them," she laughed. "I've seen them enough."

Hey, don't disrespect The Situation, doll, or we're gonna have a situation on our hands.

Next, we chatted with one of our favorite gals (read: least annoying) from the so-dramatic series, blonde cutie Lo, and asked how she thought her onscreen bud Audrina would do:

"I think she's going to do really well, she's very dedicated and focused, so I think that she's going to do well."

As for which other club-hoppin', drama-lovin' former cast member should escape unemployment on the series next, Audrina suggested "maybe one of the guys, maybe Brody?" and Lo gushed: "I'd love to see Stephanie bust a move."

So why not Lo herself?

"I'm done with reality! Fingers crossed I don't ever have to go back."
