Take this hot pink dress, purple sweater and metallic silver leggings. Sure it works for flying in your helicopter from Boston to New York City (did we mention how relatable Suri is?), but say you want to quickly dress it up for a fancy dinner and night out on the town. How would you do that?

Well, neither is fame, but Suri's parents have had no problem parading her around in public and in the media since the day she was born. How on earth is Katie Holmes supposed to boost her image as a fashionista without dressing up her 3-year-old like a tiny runway model for an itty-bitty Paris Fashion Week?
I mean what do you want Katie to do, concentrate on her fashion line? Yeesh.
Indeed, high heels were basically designed to make females look sexier. They lengthen the leg and tilt the hips forward. But given that the shoe height on Suri is pretty small, the real issue here may actually be something more serious...

She may only be 3, but Suri Cruise has always managed to dress to impress and Monday was certainly no exception.
Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' toddler became the toast of the town as she made her way through the streets of Boston in a pair of sparkly silver high-heeled shoes.
Of course, that, in and of itself, would have been pretty spectacular.
Yet leave it to our girl to take her fashion know-how to the next level by also donning an adorable tiered skirt and pink top to perfectly round out her fabulous look.
Ah, but how does Suri's sense of style stack up against some of her other half-pint peers like, say, Shiloh, Zahara, Matilda and Violet?
Yeah, we pretty much know the answer, too, but hey, the Emmys are over, so we've got to talk about something, right?

TomKat's famous tot turned 3 at a small party at their Los Angeles home Thursday afternoon, according to People.
Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes planned a princess-themed bash for their daughter, complete with a treasure hunt and birthday cake featuring Belle from Beauty and the Beast.
But it doesn't sound like this was a star-studded, lavish affair.
"They just wanted to keep it small and make it fun for Suri and her friends," a source tells the mag.
