DMB Saxophonist Hurt in ATV Crash
Here's hoping LeRoi Moore's recovery is like the wind.
The Dave Matthews Band saxophonist was listed in "fair condition" at a Virginia hospitial Tuesday, a day after he was involved in an ATV accident on his farm outside Charlottesville.
According to a statement on the band's website, the 46-year-old musician was originally listed as critical, but his condition was upgraded today.
"We would like to thank everyone for the generous outpouring of well wishes and support that LeRoi has received," DMB wrote.
Winehouse Out of the Sick House
Amy Winehouse is out. Time will tell if behavioral changes are in.
A rep for the "Rehab" singer confirms to E! News that the 24-year-old was officially discharged as a patient from the London Clinic yesterday after a whirlwind stay, which included a diagnosis of early stages of emphysema and two days out to perform at various gigs around England.
"I can confirm that Amy has left the London Clinic and will be treated as an outpatient," Tracey Miller said.

Heather Checks In to Lock Out Depression
Heather Locklear has taken some steps to sort out her personal life in as private a way as possible.
E! News has confirmed that the ageless blond bombshell checked herself into an in-patient treatment facility in Arizona in order to deal with issues of anxiety and depression and reevaluate her current condition.
"Heather has been dealing with anxiety and depression," said publicist Cece Yorke. "She requested an in-depth evaluation of her medication and entered into a medical facility for proper diagnosis and treatment.
"This is a confidential medical matter and no further statement will be released."
Winehouse Dad's Overblown Diagnosis
Turns out Amy Winehouse's pop is the one blowing a little smoke these days.
The singer's rep is saying that the 24-year-old Brit does not have emphysema, as her father told Britain's Sunday Mirror over the weekend.
Rather, she has "early signs of what could lead to emphysema," rep Tracey Miller said Monday.
Mitch Winehouse was only speaking "out of his concern for her" when he told the press that his little girl was suffering through the early stages of the chronic respiratory disease.

Toby Keith's Cancer Charity Cashes In
Toby Keith has rocked the world of more than a few kids.
A two-day fundraiser presided over by the country music star raised $709,000 for Ally's House, a charity named after the late daughter of one of Keith's bandmates that benefits families of children battling cancer.
About 750 guests packed the Riverwind Casino's Showplace Theatre in Norman, Okla., Friday for a party, concert and auction that preceded the following day's Toby Keith & Friends Celebrity Golf Classic at a nearby country club.
Two partygoers bid $35,000 apiece to have dinner with Keith, and another paid $25,000 for the chance to be in one of the unapologetically patriotic singer's music videos. Tickets and backstage passes to upcoming Keith concerts raked in about $12,000.
Winehouse Still in the Ward
Amy Winehouse appears to be just what the doctor ordered.
The troubled singer remained hospitalized overnight after suffering a mysterious fainting spell at her London home Monday and will continue to undergo tests today to determine the cause of her brief blackout.
"She's staying there for the time being," her London rep said. "They are still not quite sure what happened, and the tests were inconclusive."

Weeds Star's Bad Break During Sex
When someone is injured having sex on the job, we're tempted to ask, What kind of job are we talking about here? In this case, however, there's nothing that kinky about it. Cable kinky is all. Mary-Louise Parker told People at last night's Tony Awards that she broke a toe during a sex scene for Weeds.
"How’s that for commitment?" joked the sardonic star.

Conflicting Reports on Paul Newman Cancer
Paul Newman is: (a) "doing nicely," (b) battling "a form of cancer," (c) both of the above or (d) just one of the above.
The health status of one of Hollywood's greatest leading men was back in play today after a new series of conflicting reports.
Early today, Newman friend A.E. Hotchner was quoted as telling the Associated Press that Newman has a "form of cancer, and he's dealing with it."
Hotchner, who, with the Oscar-winning actor, launched the now ubiquitous Newman's Own label of salad dressings, spaghetti sauces and other specialty foods, said Newman told him of the condition 18 months ago, the AP reported.
In a Reuters report, Hotchner was quoted as saying Newman made his cancer diagnosis "known to a lot of his friends."

Reps Shoot Down Paul Newman Cancer Reports
Paul Newman is not at death's door, thank you very much.
The Hollywood icon's agent, Toni Howard, tells E! News a slew of gossip reports claiming Newman was terminally ill with lung cancer are "not true." In a separate statement, the actor's spokesman, Jeff Sanderson, said he spoke to Newman and "he's doing nicely."
The reports began in earnest late last month, when Newman backed out as director of Our Town at the playhouse in his hometown of Westport, Conn., citing an unspecified illness.
Several tabloids pounced on the news as evidence of a dire condition. Subsequent photos of a seemingly gaunt-looking Newman at a recent charity event, posted last Friday on Martha Stewart's blog, has added fuel to the speculation, which was even picked up by the Los Angeles Times' gossip blog.
The 83-year-old Oscar winner announced last year that he was ending his acting career after 50 years.
No Boo-Boo for Mimi
It'll take more than that honking diamond ring to throw off Mariah Carey's balance.
Although paparazzi snaps taken yesterday on the Hawaiian set of the newlywed songbird's new music video, "I'll Be Lovin' U Long Time," seem to suggest Carey suffered some kind of injury, a rep for the singer denies that any mishaps took place during the shoot.
"Nothing happened," her rep told E! News. "No truth to this at all."
