Ellen DeGeneres Suffers Power Outage
Ellen DeGeneres has been outranked by a politico. But not by too much.
The openly gay talk-show queen was last year's No. 1 on Out magazine's Power 50 list, but this time around she's slipped to No. 2. Instead, U.S. Rep. Barney Frank has been crowned this year's queen king because of the political clout he now carries in our nation's Democratic-heavy capital.
DeGeneres isn't the only Hollywood hotshot to make the third annual list. Read on to find out more boldfaced names deemed worthy of a ranking.

Star Jones: A New View in the Blogosphere
Star Jones turned 47 today. How did the former View cohost celebrate?
By launching a blog, Positively Star.
She's certainly not taking the lead from Rosie O'Donnell's once much-buzzed-about blog. Where Rosie had lots of bells and whistles, photos and art, Star's is pretty stripped down. There are a couple of posts, two glamour shots and a bio that describes Star as "an American lawyer chick who is free, black and grown."
So, what's she posting about?
NeNe: I'm Housewives of Atlanta's Breakout Star
It takes a lot to scare NeNe Leakes.
The outspoken and seemingly fearless star of The Real Housewives of Atlanta admits her newfound fame has left her a bit on edge.
“I do like people coming up to me, but it’s a little scary,” Leakes tells me. “I didn’t think I was going to be scared...I literally cannot leave the house. Every time I leave the house, I end up on somebody’s website.”
But in the very next breath, however, Leakes relishes the attention. “I am the breakout star,” she boasts. “I love it! I love it! I’m glad everybody could feel and see my genuineness and my realness.”
And nowhere is that genuineness and realness more evident than on tomorrow’s sometimes very heated reunion show, during a verbal smackdown with her former best friend, aspiring country singer Kim Zolciak.
Read on to learn what Leakes has to say about feuding with Kim, her celebrity fans (Anderson Cooper isn’t the only one) and making babies with her gay best friend.
Rosie O'Donnell's Message to Clay Aiken
Support continues to pour in for Clay Aiken.
Rosie O'Donnell kept her comments short and very sweet.
"I love Clay," she said. "He is a beautiful man in every way."
Ray Still Feeling Rosie!
Rosie O’Donnell is making waves in daytime television again. But this time, it's because someone likes her!
Rachael Ray has a tribute to O'Donnell planned for her show tomorrow. But I hear lawyers from Telepictures, which produced O'Donnell's old show, are not too happy about it. Telepictures laywers, I'm told, made some calls to Ray’s team today demanding they pull the all-Rosie show.
Why? Read on.
