Rosie O'Donnell Thinks She and Angelina Jolie Almost Happened
How does one choose between Brad Pitt and Rosie O'Donnell?
We're not sure we know (or want to know), but at some point Angelina Jolie was faced with that conflict. At least, according to Rosie.
The talk-show icon blabbed to Howard Stern on Sirius XM radio about a time before she was married to Kelli Carpenter and Angelina had tied the knot with Billy Bob Thornton. A romance, she claimed, was a-bloomin'.
"She gave me her phone number," Rosie said. "We talked on the phone two or three times, but that was that. There was a tentative plan to have dinner that never came through."
Fear got the best of Rosie and she wasn't able to seal the deal.
"I was a little afraid of her," she said. "She's scary in a sexual kind of way. I have dreams about her a lot still."
We'd say TMI, but our jaws are still on the floor.
The erstwhile Lara Croft isn't the only bone the flower picked during the interview. She also offered some insight into the rocky state of affairs of her marriage, as well as her thoughts on the relationship between Oprah Winfrey and Gayle King.
Love Not Looking So Rosie for O'Donnell and Wife?
Rosie O'Donnell's television career isn't the only thing on the rocks. Apparently, so is her relationship.
The 47-year-old star confirms to USA Today that she and longtime partner Kelli Carpenter, 42, are having "issues," but refuses to officially call the couple kaput, even if the National Enquirer says otherwise.
"Kelli and I love each other very much and we are working on our issues," she told the newspaper as tears allegedly welled in her eyes. "Those are the only words I am ever going to say. Ever. And that is something that has been agreed upon by all parties."
The two, who married in San Francisco in 2004 and have battled breakup rumors in recent years, are keeping their problems quiet solely for the sake of their four children: Parker, 14, Chelsea, 12, Blake, 9, and Vivienne, 6.
"They are a family and will remain a family forever and are working through their issues," Rosie's rep reiterates to E! News. "Nothing else will be said."
Rosie O'Donnell Returning to the Airwaves. Siriusly.
Sirius Radio is about to get a fresh bouquet…and a fresh set of opinions.
Rosie O'Donnell is set to launch Rosie Radio, a daily morning radio show on the satellite network, in the fall.
The show, which will air Monday through Friday from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. ET (7-9 a.m. PT) on Sirius XM Stars, will mark the former talk-show host's first return to the airwaves of any sort since her failed variety show last November and her dramatic exit from The View two years ago.
"This is an exciting new adventure—two hours of talk show entertainment, without having to wear makeup. Perfection," the outspoken Emmy winner said in a statement.
O'Donnell will be taking callers, chatting with celebrity guests and sharing her brand of humor as she discusses pop culture, parenthood, politics and the like.
Rise 'n' Shine: Chuck and Blair Have a Sex Tape?!
• This rumor's dirty, even for Gossip Girl. Supposedly Blair Waldorf herself, Leighton Meester, has a sex tape being shopped around. Word is it's from a few years ago (so probably doesn't involve BF Sebastian Stan) and involves some sort of foot fetish stuff. Sounds like this will require some major Chuck Bass scheming to squash. (UPDATE: The video has turned up on a site called Celeb-Hotline.)

Ellen DeGeneres Suffers Power Outage
Ellen DeGeneres has been outranked by a politico. But not by too much.
The openly gay talk-show queen was last year's No. 1 on Out magazine's Power 50 list, but this time around she's slipped to No. 2. Instead, U.S. Rep. Barney Frank has been crowned this year's queen king because of the political clout he now carries in our nation's Democratic-heavy capital.
DeGeneres isn't the only Hollywood hotshot to make the third annual list. Read on to find out more boldfaced names deemed worthy of a ranking.
Rise 'n' Shine: Real Housewife Jill Zarin Is a Real Relationship Guru

Feud Factor: Bill O'Reilly Takes Sean Penn, Other Celebs to Task
Fox News' Bill O'Reilly's fame is based on his opinions, but he doesn't think too highly of the famous who share theirs.
The O'Reilly Factor host especially can't stomach Oscar winner Sean Penn.
When the Hollywood Reporter asked him if there were any actors whose political leanings bugged him to the point of refusing to see their movies, he responded, "Just Sean Penn."
"He's a great actor, and if you hire him, you'll get a good performance," he said. "I'm just not going to give a guy who gives aid and comfort to people like [Iran president Mahmoud] Ahmadinejad, Hugo Chavez and Saddam Hussein, when he was alive, my 10 bucks. That's my right as an American."
While he admits he won't advocate that everyone do the same—"It's a personal decision," he says—O'Reilly neglects to share whether he saw Mystic River, for which Penn also took home an Oscar. The film, however, was directed by his favorite celebrity, Clint Eastwood.

Star Jones: A New View in the Blogosphere
Star Jones turned 47 today. How did the former View cohost celebrate?
By launching a blog, Positively Star.
She's certainly not taking the lead from Rosie O'Donnell's once much-buzzed-about blog. Where Rosie had lots of bells and whistles, photos and art, Star's is pretty stripped down. There are a couple of posts, two glamour shots and a bio that describes Star as "an American lawyer chick who is free, black and grown."
So, what's she posting about?
Who Drew a Smaller Crowd: Rosie or Ellen?
OK, let's get the easy stuff out of the way: What was TV's most watched show last week? The Dancing With the Stars finale, duh.
But with Grey's Anatomy in reruns, what was the No. 1 show among the demographically desirable? Whose variety special played to the smaller house: Rosie O'Donnell or Ellen DeGeneres'? And which former CW show killed the CW?
The answers—and more questions—in this week's ratings pop quiz:
Update
Rosie Live DOA, Rosie Says
A TV buff like Rosie O'Donnell knows the Nielsen score: Rosie Live ain't living on.
On her website Friday, O'Donnell wrote, in her usual undercase, shorthand style, that "there will b no more" variety specials.
Rosie Live, broadcast, yes, live on NBC on Wednesday, was billed not only as O'Donnell's return to TV after her public divorce from The View, but as TV's return to the random-guest-star ways of the variety genre.
You know the line about how you can't go home again to The Carol Burnett Show…?
Rosie Live Stiffs; Barbara Walters Clicks With Obama
Rosie O'Donnell didn't go head-to-head with foe Barbara Walters Wednesday night. Which was a good thing. For O'Donnell.
The comic had trouble enough drawing a crowd for Rosie Live. The NBC variety special was watched by only about 5 million, per Nielsen estimates, worse than Knight Rider, the network's usual 8-9 p.m. occupant.
In the 10 p.m. hour, Walters scored 11.5 million for her ABC interview special with President-elect Barack Obama.
CBS' CSI: NY (12.2 million) was Wednesday's most watched show.
Last night, CBS' CSI (10.6 million) won the Thanksgiving battle of the repeats. ABC's Grey's Anatomy was its typically weak rerun self, averaging 5.5 million for a second serving of its two-hour season premiere.
NeNe: I'm Housewives of Atlanta's Breakout Star
It takes a lot to scare NeNe Leakes.
The outspoken and seemingly fearless star of The Real Housewives of Atlanta admits her newfound fame has left her a bit on edge.
“I do like people coming up to me, but it’s a little scary,” Leakes tells me. “I didn’t think I was going to be scared...I literally cannot leave the house. Every time I leave the house, I end up on somebody’s website.”
But in the very next breath, however, Leakes relishes the attention. “I am the breakout star,” she boasts. “I love it! I love it! I’m glad everybody could feel and see my genuineness and my realness.”
And nowhere is that genuineness and realness more evident than on tomorrow’s sometimes very heated reunion show, during a verbal smackdown with her former best friend, aspiring country singer Kim Zolciak.
Read on to learn what Leakes has to say about feuding with Kim, her celebrity fans (Anderson Cooper isn’t the only one) and making babies with her gay best friend.
