Paging Dr. Drew. Somebody's been dancing with Mr. Brownstone again.

Former Guns N' Roses drummer Steven Adler was arrested early this morning at a home in Hollywood on suspicion of drug possession, E! News has learned.

According to LAPD spokeswoman April Harding, police received a call at approximately 4 a.m. about a man creating a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers determined the 43-year-old musician was to blame and took him into custody.

Don't look for Eva Mendes to be spillin' all about her visit to rehab.

"There are so many lies out there regarding my recent trip to Cirque Lodge," the starlet says in the new Interview magazine, out July 15. "But I don't care what people think. I just don't care. So I will neither confirm or deny."

Mendes actually feels better when stories are wrong rather right...

A-List Secrets: Is There Really Rehab for That?

More from Ask the Answer Bitch

I just read about yet another celeb checking into rehab for something other than drugs or alcohol. Come on, really! Foot injuries? Depression? Are we supposed to believe all this?
—Not Buying It, Boulder, Colo.

You refer, of course, to Heather Locklear, who, depending on which report you read, has checked herself in to a "facility" or "rehab" for anxiety and depression.

There are real hospitals for that, you know.

"Some programs are actually for mental-health rehab," says Dr. Sonja Keith, director of assessment and referral for the Las Encinas Hospital, which treats psychological and chemical dependency issues.

But here's what it really means when you hear the word rehab...

When acting more like Gary Busey is something celebrities are striving to do, you know you're in for a good season of reality TV.

Busey will be serving as a mentor for the likes of Jeff Conway (returning for his second go-round), Sean "Son of Rod" Stewart, model Amber Smith, actress Tawny Kitaen, first-season American Idol finalist Nikki McKibbin, Guns N' Roses rocker Steven Adler and Rodney King (yes, that Rodney King) for the second season of Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew.

Steve-O Avoids Jail After Guilty Plea in Coke Case

Stephen "Steve-O" Glover Toby Canham/Getty Images

To hear him tell it, Steve-O's days of jackassery are behind him and he's ready for a clean—and sober—slate.

The thrill-seeking former MTV star entered a guilty plea today in Los Angeles to a cocaine-possession charge, announcing to the court that he "found God" and has been sober for 85 days.

Attorney Barry Gerald Sands tells E! News that because of his client's commitment and time in rehab, judgment was deferred upon successful completion of his treatment program.

"The entire case will be dismissed when he completes the program. It will be like it never happened," says Sands. "You can't beat that."

Steven Tyler Put Best Feet Forward in Rehab

Steven Tyler Lester Cohen/WireImage.com

When in treatment, every day you just have to put one foot in front of the other. Especially if you need to "Walk This Way" night after night.

Steven Tyler has confirmed he checked into rehab earlier this month, but, contrary to speculation, the rocker says he was there to aid his recovery from a series of surgeries on his feet, which have taken quite a beating over the nearly 40 years Aerosmith has been doing its thing.

"The doctors told me the pain in my feet could be corrected, but it would require a few surgeries over time," Tyler, 60, said in a statement released by his reps Thursday.

"The ‘foot repair’ pain was intense, greater than I'd anticipated. The months of rehabilitative care and the painful strain of physical therapy were traumatic. I really needed a safe environment to recuperate where I could shut off my phone and get back on my feet. Make no mistake, Aerosmith has no plans to stop rocking. There’s a new album to record, then another tour."

Tyler did not say whether his sojourn occurred at Las Encinas Hospital, where Dr. Drew Pinsky ministers to substance abusers on Celebrity Rehab and where Tyler was rumored to be staying.

Martin Sheen: Charlie's Biggest "Fanatic"

Martin Sheen, Charlie Sheen Jordan Strauss/WireImage.com

With a father like this, who needs contentious ex-wives?

Martin Sheen seems to have picked up where Denise Richards left off, in—of all places—AARP magazine, doing his well-meaning best to keep son Charlie Sheen's private battles in the public forum.

The 67-year-old rehashed some of the bad times with the magazine, claiming he became "fanatic" when trying to get his now sober son clean.

"When a life is at stake and it's your child, you become fearless in a lot of ways. I mean, you just become fanatic," he said. "Nothing ever gets done unless it's by a fanatic."

Unable to leave well enough alone, Sheen the elder also dished on his son's less-than-responsible financial history.

"The only way I got to Charlie, frankly, was because he'd skipped out of the hospital. I had to pay the bill. In paying the bill, I got to see why he was in there. He'd consumed an illegal substance; he was on probation...This was a criminal matter. And so that was the wedge; that was the leverage I had...It was the only way I got him."

As for his own troubles, Sheen is game enough not to leave them out.

"I got sober through Catholicism, through my faith," he said.

Hallelujah.

Trey Anastasio Treats Himself to Probation

Trey Anastasio John Shearer/WireImage.com

Trey Anastasio went Phishing for trouble and caught a break.

After successfully completing a drug reatment and counseling program, the jam rocker was sentenced to three years probation for a 2006 DWI bust. He had been facing a possible three years in state prison if for any reason he failed the drug program.

Anastasio, 43, pleaded guilty to felony possession of painkillers without a prescription in connection with a December 2006 traffic stop in upstate New York, during which officers found the painkillers hydrocodone and Percocet and the anti-anxiety medication Xanax, all prescribed to another person, according to official reports.

Charges of driving with a suspended license and driving while intoxicated were dropped as part of the plea deal. Anastasio did end up spending two days in jail after missing a counseling session in January, but he's due to graduate from his treatment program next month.

The musician's felony conviction was also reduced to a misdemeanor upon completion of treatment.

Steven Tyler Walks His Way Into Rehab?

Steven Tyler Lester Cohen/WireImage.com

This is just not turning out to be the Tyler family's month.

First the lovely Liv announces she's separated from her rocker hubby, and now comes word that her Aerosmith frontman papa, Steven Tyler, may have checked himself into rehab.

While Tyler's rep told E! News he had no knowledge of the rehab rumor, according to various reports, the 60-year-old artist is currently undergoing treatment for undisclosed substance abuse at Las Encinas Hospital drug rehabilitation clinic, the same facility where star M.D. Drew Pinsky treats patients and where his recent flock of Celebrity Rehabbers attempted to sober up.

Here's hoping Tyler succeeds in becoming a dried-out, albeit not dried-up, rock star.

More from Marc Malkin

Good news for Janet Jackson fans. She's hitting the road again. Ms. Nasty tells me she'll launch a new world tour on Sept. 11.

"The next big thing on the agenda is prepping for the tour," Jackson says. "I'm still promoting the new album [Discipline] right now, but we'll be getting into rehearsals in about a month and then start touring."

But at this very moment Jackson, 41, is thinking about Saturday, when Ellen DeGeneres will present her with the Vanguard Award at the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation's 19th Annual Media Awards at Hollywood's Kodak Theatre.

Jackson is in good company. Past recipients include Charlize Theron, Elizabeth Taylor, Jennifer Aniston, Whoopi Goldberg, Antonio Banderas and Liza Minnelli. I caught up with Jackson the other day from her home in L.A., where she spoke about her thoughts on getting married again, those never-ending gay rumors, her dreams of Broadway and why she wishes she was more like Janet drag queens:
