UPDATE: Ever wondered what it would be like to have Jim Carrey as a father-in-law? Musician Alex Santana need wonder no more.

Over the weekend, Carrey's 22-year-old expectant daughter Jane tied the knot with her fiancé-no-more.

"My Jane is a married woman," the funnyman tweeted this morning. "Days ago her and my new son in law alex got hitched. the day was simply perfect...lots of love there.. :)}"

While details of the ceremony are scarce, Carrey did in fact walk his daughter down the aisle. All together now: aww.

Jim Carrey may have played the Grinch, but now he's about to be the grandpa!

The star's 21-year-old daughter, Jane Carrey, is expecting her first child with fiancé Alex Santana, the actor's rep, Marleah Leslie, confirms to E! News.

The actor's only child fronts the Jane Carrey Band, and the dad-to-be goes by "Nitro" in his rock group Blood Money.

"I am very excited," the future grandfather said. "Jane is going to be a great mom."

Jane's mom is the Yes Man actor's first wife, Melissa Womer, who the thesp divorced in 1997. Carrey has dated Jenny McCarthy since December 2005.

Just as Khlomar's wedding excitement is dying down (or is it?), it's time to pack Kourtney Kardashian's hospital bags.

The E! star is expecting her little boy with boyfriend Scott Disick next month, and today it was time to shower the upcoming arrival.

Sisters Kim, Kendall and Kylie, as well as pals from college and beyond, gathered at Kris and Bruce Jenner's home in Calabasas at noon. In true Kardashian fabulousness, both Kourtney and Khloé arrived fashionably late.

A sign hung in the window of the sisters' clothing boutique, Dash, announcing that the store would be closed Saturday, and was signed with x's and o's.

No word yet as to how many rolls of toilet paper it took to wrap the mom-to-be's belly completely or if there was a diaper tutorial at the baby bash.

After weeks of speculation and a bump no longer containable by modern apparel technology, Rebecca Gayheart finally came clean today and confirmed she's expecting her first child with her husband, Grey's Anatomy's Eric Dane.

"We've always wanted to be parents," she tells InTouch Weekly. "I think Eric is going to be a wonderful dad, and hopefully I'll be a good mom. We're absolutely looking forward to it!"

Which is all well and good until the former Noxzema Girl and accomplished home-movie star decides to let the world know about her prenatal health regimen.

"I'm doing yoga, and I'm walking on the beach every day with my dogs for about an hour," she says. "I drink lots of water and eat a lot of vegetables and protein."

Hmm, and what about those cigarettes she hasn't been able to stop sucking on? Guess they must be the baby-friendly kind.

This is not the type of baby news we like to deliver: Céline Dion is no longer pregnant.

Last August, the golden-piped songbird and husband René Angélil confirmed that she had only just become pregnant with her second child after undergoing a round of in vitro fertilization treatments.

Unfortunately, that is no longer the case: Angélil confirmed to the Journal de Montreal that the 41-year-old Canadian chanteuse is no longer in the family way, as the embryo transfers—which took place in August and October—were ultimately unsuccessful.

Angélil said that both they and their doctor "believed that the procedure/pregnancy took, but that wasn't the case. We found out some days later. We were shocked."

But not deterred.

Whoa, mama: Tiffani hold-the-Amber Thiessen is pregnant.

The erstwhile Kelly Kapowski (or, if you're that way inclined, Valerie Malone) has confirmed to E! News that she's expecting her first child with actor hubby Brady Smith next May.

"We are over the moon!" the couple said in a statement. "It's something we've wanted for a long time and are thrilled that it's actually happening."

With all the other extracurriculars occupying Thiessen's schedule, it's any wonder they found the time.

Still, if our calculations are correct, Thiessen is roughly three months along in her pregnancy—which means it's safe to say we know what she did last summer. Hey, how else do you propose celebrating the start of a new show?

We can't wait to spot all the carefully placed pillow-clutching in her character's future. Congrats!

There's nothing more irritating to a reality star than Perez Hilton stealing their precious scoop. Yesterday, newly engaged Real Housewife of New York's Bethenny Frankel tried to play off pregnancy rumors with jokes and Skinnygirl margaritas.

Well, today she's decided to change it up and aim for the sympathy vote. She 'fessed up that she is in fact pregnant and even managed "fight back tears," People writes, while she confirmed her pregnancy :

"It's premature to be telling people this. It's not like, 'Did I get Botox?' It's not the way I wanted it to get out. I haven't even gone through my first trimester. We haven't even heard the heartbeat. My [fiancé's] parents didn't even know."

She keeps this victim thing going on her Twitter where she adds she "was unfairly forced to come forward early."

Apparently, bestie Jill Zarin didn't even know as she shot down baby rumors last night...That ought to result in a "Why didn't you tell me before you went crying to People?!" fight.

Bethenny Frankel is engaged. That much we know for sure.

Whether or not the 38-year-old Real Housewives of New York City star is expecting a child as well is not entirely certain.

When Perez Hilton blogged about her supposedly knocked-up status, the cheeky SkinnyGirl didn't confirm it...but she didn't flat-out deny it either. Instead, she implied a love that dare not speak its name, all for the sake of killer ratings for her upcoming solo show.

"Is preggers w perez hilton's 9 blue haired babies," she Tweeted about herself. "That's what my bravo show is about. We're going to beat jon & kate's ratings w 1 more baby!"

That's what we call circumlocution, people (a word that's probably in one of those Twilight-inspired SAT-prep books).

But then again, she also tweeted about having a "girls' night" with Denise Richards, Lisa Rinna and The Insider's Lara Spencer, although no one's promising any tequila in those margaritas.

And let's not forget that the reality star confessed to E! News earlier this month that she "would definitely like to have children."

We're just sayin'.

Babies are like the fashion world. One day they're in, the next they're out. Just ask Heidi Klum.

Despite denials that the supermodel was even in labor, Klum and hubby Seal welcomed a baby girl, Lou Sulola Samuel, on Friday at 7:46 p.m. in Los Angeles, E! News confirms.

The stunner-in-training has two big brothers—Henry Gunther Ademola Dashtu Samuel, 4, and Johan Riley Fyodor Taiwo Samuel, 2—as well as big sis Helene "Leni" Klum, 5, from Klum's previous relationship.

The Samuel family's impending addition was revealed in April when sketches of a belly-accommodating couture gown were leaked on the Internet.

"It's difficult to imagine loving another child as much as you love your existing children," Seal said in a statement released tonight. "Anyone who has a family will tell you this. Where will one find that extra love? If you love your existing children with all of your heart, how then can one possibly find more heart with which to love another?
