Is Lindsay Now More of a Paris—or a Jon?

Lindsay Lohan Albert Michael/startraksphoto.com

Exactly how bad is Lindsay Lohan's career? Would she be considered on the same level as a Dancing With the Stars candidate or some other reality show star?
—GP, via the Answer B!tch inbox

There is an actual method for ranking Lohan among others of her race, such as Jon Gosselin, Bethenny Frankel, Mischa Barton, the Olsen twins and the like. And if you think I might be insulting Jon Gosselin, here's the scoop from people who would know...

How Much Would, Say, an Olsen Sex Tape Be Worth?

Mary-Kate Olsen, Ashley Olsen Dave M. Benett/Getty Images

Another day, another celebrity sex tape, this time with Eric Dane. How much money do those things make?
—Leron, Tennessee

Let's get right to the point. David Joseph, the head of the company that has released every major sex tape from Paris Hilton to Screech, says he wants to talk to Eric Dane or Rebecca Gayheart...right now, because he can make them some ridiculous money.

"I think this one could be really big," says Joseph, whose company is Red Light District, based in Chatsworth, Calif. "Not as big as Paris Hilton's sex tape, but bigger than Amy Fisher, that's for sure. It's a seven-figure amount. It's in the millions, for sure."

How about those other sex tapes? Oh, the money is good, really good...

Is Sundance Now Passé for All the A-Listers?

Michael Cera Frazer Harrison/Getty Images

Were there any real celebs at this year's Sundance Film Festival? All I kept hearing about was Paris Hilton, Kevin Federline's first baby mama and the very low-class Linda and Nick Hogan. I mean, if I were a celebrity, I think I might skip it myself. It seems like it's lost its appeal to the big names. Am I wrong?
—Beth

I suppose my mentioning of a Deschanel and Michael Cera wasn't enough for you. Well, you may blame Barack Obama.

According to Eileen Colavita, whose Spin Shoppe PR company ran one of the swag suites at this year's Sundance, most people left the film fest after just a few days, so that they could head to D.C. and take part in the inaugural balls.

Now, let's dispense with more of your Burning Q's.

Who Actually Has Long Hair in Hollywood?

Hayden Panettiere Perkins, Shirley, PacificCoastNews.com

Can you tell me who in Hollywood actually has naturally long hair rather than extensions?
—Rosie, Ireland

Well, let's start with Hayden Panettiere. I would much rather discuss the dress she wore to the Globes—exactly how many ribs did she break squeezing into that thing? But no. You want to know about hair. Hers is real. I mean, some of it is.

"Naturally, it comes down to about the bustline," her stylist, Leonard Zagami of the Anthony Leonard Salon, told me. "But we'll still put in clip-on extensions sometimes. This past September we put her in three different looks in one day."

Meanwhile, another star who appeared at the Golden Globes also has real, long hair—even though it may be the only remaining natural thing about her...

Scarlett, Heidi and Hayden Have Albums—Here's Why

Why are so many celebutantes/reality stars recording albums? Who the heck is telling them that's a good idea?
—Penny, Denver

Now, now. I hear the manatees living off the coast of Florida cannot get enough of Scarlett Johansson's album. They line up along Cape Canaveral and thump their stumpy flippers and take turns mooing just like ScarJo does on "Fannin Street."

If you need to blame someone for this recent spate of craptastic singer-actress albums, blame the cheap-ass music industry. More on exactly how cheap-assness has resulted in a Hayden Panettiere album after the jump.

Burning Q's: A Smile-Free Brit & Anne's Pasty Secret

Anne Hathaway AP Photo/Matt Sayles

How do celebs like Anne Hathaway or Marcia Cross stay so pale? I'd swear that they were vampires had I not seen pics of them frolicking in the sunshine.
—Jenny

Look more closely next time you spot Marcia Cross cavorting on the beach. You sure you don't see a few puffs of smoke, with maybe some accompanying sizzling noises?

And according to skin doctors to the stars, someone like her or Hathaway may have a certain skin type that simply hates the sun. "They just cannot tan," explains Beverly Hills dermatologist-to-the-stars Susan Evans. "They burn, but they don't tan."

They also use supergrade sun block—not necessarily expensive—that contains titanium or zinc.

Now, let's knock down some more of your Burning Q's!

Burning Q's: Paris' Promises & Stars' Real Ages

Paris Hilton PacificCoastNews.com

It's been a year since Paris Hilton got out of jail and made all sorts of promises to change. Has she made good on any of them?
—Jen

Item by item? M'kay.

She told Larry King she would "love to work with" Mothers Against Drunk Driving. But a spokeswoman just told me she "has not reached out to us."

She said she wanted to open a halfway home for troubled women. No home so far, halfway or all the way.

But to her credit, Paris has done something charitable since she was released from jail last year. The 27-year-old party giraffe made an "extremely generous" donation to help build a new medical tower at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles, hospital officials said last month. The building opens in two years.

Oh, look! I see we have a fresh stack of your Burning Q's here...

Burning Q's: Stylist-Free Zone & Lies About Lindsay

Paris Hilton Angela Coqueran/INFPhoto.com

Why do the papers write false stories in the tabloids about the stars like Denise Richards and Lindsay Lohan? Don't they know that it ruins their careers as well hurts their familes? The tabloids should print positive things about the stars.

Burning Q's: Reality Castoffs & Mischa's Widdle

The Bachelor ABC/Mario Perez

We all want a happy ending with TV dating shows like The Bachelorette. But if it doesn't work out with the chosen one, can the star of these shows go back and date someone else from the show?
—Carrin

Well, now you've ticked off a former Bachelor. "Don't call them castoffs," he tells this B!tch, requesting we not name him. "They were really nice ladies." And, oh: Nothing in his contract prohibited him from dating a castoff.

Other reality shows do limit a star's dating for a short time after filming wraps, says Sheila Conlin, who cast the upcoming Secret Millionaire show for Fox. But either way, the star is free to date anyone, even a castoff, once the contract is up.

Got more Burning Q's? Oh, you do. Let's quench those after the jump...

A-List Secrets: The Stars Give Back...Occasionally

American Idol Gives Back FOX

The other day, you talked about how much celebrities charge just to show up at a club. But what about charity fundraisers? Stars have to appear for free then, right?
— Druce, Philadelphia

No. Of course not. What manner of crazy talk is this?

“Ninety-nine percent of the time,” celebrity wrangler Robert Tuchman tells me, stars charge—even for fundraisers and other pityfests, unless the event benefits the star’s own charity, foundation or pet passion.

We’re usually talking fees in the thousands of dollars. Or maybe, if the star is feeling generous, just a Rolex watch or three.

Sometimes a celebrity will waive those fees when charities come calling; Ryan Seacrest told Larry King that he and the American Idol judges donated their per-episode salaries for the most recent Idol Gives Back fundraiser. “We’re all going to give back what we would make on that night, you know, for doing that regular episode,” Seacrest told King.

But for every one of those stories, there are plenty of tales of your favorite star commanding big bucks to raise money for charity. Take a peek after the jump.

Is Paris Really Doing a Dog Care Show? Really?

Paris Hilton Angela Coqueran/INFPhoto.com
I heard Paris is getting a new TV show about pets or something. Is this true? Isn't she supposed to have had troubles with all her dogs?
—Barrie, Wilkes-Barre, Pa.

And her cat, yes. But troubles may not be the best word. The Middle East has had troubles. Paris' pets have had experiences—if reports are true—that fall somewhere between Lord of the Flies and Guantanamo Bay.

First, the reports you mention. Bunches of tabloids are reporting that Paris Hilton has scored a deal with Britain's Living TV network to follow the heiress as she manages a pet grooming salon on Bond Street. However, when I contacted the network, they seemed as bewildered as a flock of underfed Chihuahuas.

Can Regular People Get into the Ivy?

Paris Hilton Amy Graves/WireImage.com

Do regular people stand a chance at getting into Hollywood hot spots like the Ivy?
—Karin, Atlanta

I love questions like these, that imagine Los Angeles as one big Studio 54 with a mile-wide velvet rope stretching all the way around Robertson Boulevard.

The big secret to getting into restaurants like the Ivy and Nobu and Hamasaku and Mozza and Cut? Called the telephone.

Get on the blower, child. I did, just now, and the Ivy told me they could seat me today at noon. No fuss, no who-is-this. They even said I could bring a friend. It was all very chummy.

It's a big myth that hot Hollywood restaurants only have room for Tom and Katie and Gisele and...That Other Tom. Mozza, the precious Hollywood pizzeria which has seated everybody from Mischa Barton to Lauren Ambrose, is always booked solid for a month out. Always. But regular people eat at the bar all the time. They walk in, put their names in a list, and within 20 minutes they're snarfing down squash flowers and trufflelicious Italian whatnots.
