Breakup rumors...what breakup rumors? Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel stepped out to Jay-Z's concert last night at UCLA and got a surprise performance from Rihanna as well!
The couple watched the concert from the sound booth, where other celebs like Nicole Richie, Samantha Ronson, Tyrese and Taraji P. Henson were also hanging.
Although Ri-Ri (who tabloids recently linked to J.T.) was on stage, Jess and Justin looked as happy as could be during the entire show.
"Justin held Jessica's hand as they walked into the venue, and he literally held her the entire concert. They were dancing together and singing along to every song," an eyewitness tells E! News of their date night. "He even held her hand as they walked out of the concert."
They weren't the only cozy couple there...
Nicole Richie Restrains Paps After Dratted Ding-Up

Nicole Richie wants the paparazzi off her back and off her bumper.
The ticked-off celeb obtained temporary restraining orders today against two shutterbugs she says caused her fender-bender earlier this month and have been following her for some time.
"She claims they harassed and stalked her and were involved in the car accident in the beginning of month," Los Angeles Superior Court spokeswoman Vania Stuelp told E! News Friday.
Eduardo Cerri Arrivabene and Ivon Emilio Melo Miguel are required to stay at least 100 yards away from Richie's children, staff, home and vehicles. A hearing on the matter is set for Nov. 16.
The Simple Life alumna suffered minor injuries in the Oct. 5 smashup. She was seen tearfully talking to boyfriend Joel Madden's brother, Benji, after he arrived at the scene to help out.

Nicole Richie Shows Off Sparrow and Explains the Weird Name

Ah, baby magazine covers. They're that rare breath of cute air that we can look at in the supermarket line without feeling angry at Jon & Kate or sad about Lindsay Lohan's new haggard makeover or annoyed at the Jen Aniston lies.
Instead, we can just let the warm fuzzy feelings wash over us and be like, "Well, that's nice."
So thank you, Nicole Richie, for showing off your cuddly 6-week-old son Sparrow in this week's People. Inside the magazine there are even more adorable pictures of the new family of four that are worth checking out.

Nicole Richie Nicked by Paparazzo
Nicole Richie's lucky she didn't have any babies on board.
The celebutante is nursing what appear to be minor injuries after her Range Rover was dinged by a pursuing paparazzo in Beverly Hills.
"She was rear-ended," BHPD Lt. Tony Lee tells E! News, adding that the accident occurred around 2 p.m. "There was a complaint of pain injury. She told officers at the scene that she's going to seek her own medical treatment."
Benji Madden was spotted on scene comforting her after the rough ride. But Richie, who just welcomed her second child last month, apparently left boyfriend Joel Madden home with newborn Sparrow and Harlow.
No ambulances were called and the damage to the vehicles was described as minimal (scratches and dents on the bumper), though Richie appeared to be crying afterward while sitting in the driver's seat, talking to Joel. Her mom, Brenda, showed up while police were still there and got into the car, apparently to console her daughter.
When asked if Nicole was OK, she replied, "No, no she's not."
The shutterbug behind the bust-up was cited for being an unlicensed driver and his jeep was impounded.

Nicole Richie seems to have dropped her baby weight overnight.
She stepped out with her little sister, with Joel Madden in tow, to see Selena Gomez's first show on Saturday.
Even though she gave birth to baby Sparrow about two weeks ago, she looks seriously svelte in a black silk romper and sky-high heels.
Although it was a girlie outing for Nic and her little sister, Joel seems to be a Selena fan, too...

Stork Delivers Baby Sparrow for Nicole Richie

When Nicole Richie showed up at the DJ AM memorial last week, she looked almost ready to burst.
And she was.
The 27-year-old Simple Lifer starlet and boyfriend Joel Madden welcomed son Sparrow James Midnight Madden in the wee hours this morning, Richie's publicist, Nicole Perna, confirms to E! News. The little bird tipped the scales at 7 pounds, 14 ounces.
Richie reportedly entered the hospital over the holiday weekend, and while her actual labor day came a little later, a note on her website says everyone is A-OK:
"Nicole, Joel, Harlow and Sparrow are all doing well. Thank you for all of your good wishes."
Richie and Madden—who have been dating since 2006 and planning their wedding since before the birth of daughter Harlow 19 months ago—announced the news of baby No. 2 back on Oscar Sunday.
The 30-year-old Good Charlotte frontman wrote on his blog, "What's better than winning an Oscar? I am so happy to tell everyone that Harlow is going to be a big sister! God has truly blessed my family!"

DJ AM's Memorial Video Surfaces Online
What happened in DJ AM's 12-step-themed public remembrance has aptly remained off-limits—with the single and rather touching exception of a memorial video of the late spinmeister, compiled by friends.
The footage, which was played during the Thursday tribute, was released online yesterday and features the artist otherwise known as Adam Goldstein pretty much in his element.
AM is featured behind the turntables; with fans and friends—including girlfriend Haley Wood, former fiancée Nicole Richie, Travis Barker, Jay-Z, Will Smith, Kobe Bryant, Mark Ronson, Wilmer Valderrama and fellow scratchers Samantha Ronson and Steve Aoki; making a guest appearance on Entourage; celebrating with his sister, mother and other family members in photos that span his 36 years; showing off his prized 600-pair Nike collection; snuggling with his cat Mugsy; and finally, and most touchingly, walking arm in arm with his mother.
The footage ends with AM and his mom holding hands and strolling around his home, with the DJ imparting the following words of motherly wisdom:
"My mom always said you want to be happy in life, find something you love to do so much, you'd do it for free, then find somebody to pay you for it."

It's tough being Lindsay Lohan.
Not only was she sick yesterday, but it happened to be on the night of a big bash: Who What Wear's book launch party at the Sunset Tower Hotel where on-again girlfriend Sam Ronson was spinning.
So, of course, Linds took to her Twitter to express her disappointment.
"i'm in bed and i'm sick," she twittered last night. "wish i could hear the tunes of samantharonson @whowhatwear party :( i need cuddles wahhh-"i feel so alone' hehe"
No word on if she got her snuggle session, but she wasn't only celeb who had to sit this one out...

Nicole Richie, super preggers, lunching with boyfriend and baby daddy Joel Madden in Beverly Hills. The couple was with another dude, opting to hit the posh Polo Lounge.
Nic, who hasn't officially announced her due date or her plans to find out the gender of kid No. 2, is looking large and in charge with a "high" baby bump, a fellow patron of the hotel tells us. "She must have a little over a month left."

Joel Madden Won't Take Action Against Airline Cover-Up

At last night's OP launch party, spokesmodel Joel Madden said British Airways never apologized to him for forcing him to cover his tattoos before boarding their flight.
"I wasn't really mad about it," he told Daily 10's Catt Sadler. "But after the fact, I go, That was really wrong, actually."
The rocker and boyfriend of Nicole Richie says he no plans to take legal action against the airline despite the discrimination.
