Beating the Crap Out Of Robert Pattinson Edward
The thought of Robert Pattinson getting hurt is just too much too bear, isn't it?
But that's exactly what could have happened if anything had gone wrong during his and Daniel Cudmore's big, violent fight scene in New Moon.
Cudmore, the Tom Brady-esque hunkster who plays Volturi vampire Felix, said some of the stunts got a little too close for comfort when he and Pattinson went at it.
"Because of my contacts, my peripheral vision was off, so there were a couple of times where I thought I was going to really hit him," Cudmore recalled at the New Moon premiere in L.A. "Luckily, I didn't."
Maybe that's why Pattinson seemed a bit nervous when they first began working on the scene...
Tom Ford: Why I Quit Acting
Tom Ford's got another movie up his always fashionable sleeve.
But right now, he's still all about his upcoming Oscar-buzzing directorial debut, A Single Man...
Uh-Oh! New Moon Should Have Been Better
Not that I'm presuming what I think about New Moon will have any effect on ticket sales, but this being the big day, I just felt I had to vent a little.
Sad to say, but I had some problems with the movie. I just didn't like it as much as I wanted to.
The corny dialogue irked me, Taylor Lautner's overpumped bod on the big screen is way too meathead and did Kristen Stewart actually enjoy kissing Robert Pattinson's Christmas cranberry red lips?
The computer-generated werewolves were cool. But they seemed to be in the wrong movie. They were too slick for this flick.
Don't worry, I do have some nice things to say...
True Blood Star Camping Out for New Moon Tix?!
Alexander Skarsgård can't wait to start shooting the next season of True Blood.
"It's been like five or six months since I've seen most of them," Skarsgård, who plays vampire Eric on the hit HBO series, told me at the GQ Men of the Year party. "I miss the whole cast and crew. It's sort of my family away from my family in Sweden."
In the meantime, there is that other bloodsucking megahit phenomenon sweeping the world universe to keep everyone company. So, will Mr. Skarsgård be checking out New Moon?
"When does it open?" he said, smiling. "I'll get my sleeping bag and wait in line." (P.S.: Maybe Kate Bosworth will join him. The maybe-couple were quite adorable in their comfy coziness at the GQ party).
Now back to vampires, Skarsgård isn't the only one cracking jokes—at least we think he was joking—about camping out to see the return of Robert Pattinson & Co...

Kellan and Peter Open Up About Holding Hands
Kellan Lutz isn't too worried about the discovery of a photo of him and Peter Facinelli holding hands.
"That one is fine," Lutz told me with a laugh at the New Moon premiere. "It's the naked one of us in the bubble bath that would really get us into trouble."
If only Mr. Lutz was serious. But obviously, he's not...

Rob Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and New Moon Cast Talk Vampire Burnout
Stephenie Meyer revealed during her recent visit to Oprah that she doesn't know if there will be a fifth Twilight book because she's "a little burned out on vampires right now."
So it got us thinking: If she's suffering from bloodsucker fatigue, could others be feeling it, too?
Is Robert Pattinson jonesing for a break from vampires? What about Kristen Stewart? We asked and they answered.
Read on to find out what they and many of their costars told us at last night's New Moon premiere...

Lindsay Lohan: "I've Never Been Happier in My Life!"
Despite her father's shenanigans, a failing acting career and a disastrous foray into high fashion, Lindsay Lohan insists she's one very happy chick.
"I've never been happier in my life," she insisted to us last night at the Nu Pop Movement watch launch at Kitson Men. "As long as my mom, my sister and my brother are happy, then I'm good."
As for Papa Lohan, Linds couldn't help but take a few digs at the man who claims everything he reveals to the tabloids does is all in the name of helping his daughter...

Adam Lambert: Dating? No. Clubbing? Yes!
Adam Lambert and his boyfriend, Drake LaBry, may have recently called it quits, but that doesn't mean the singer is on the market.
"I'm so busy with all this stuff and with the record that I'm really just focused on the music right now," Lambert told us last night at TV Guide magazine's Hot List Party at the SLS Hotel.
Not that he doesn't enjoy having a good time. Lambert was spotted after the TV Guide bash hanging at Hollywood's Bardot nightclub. In addition to chatting with Samantha Ronson, I'm told he appeared quite cozy with "a blond model-like guy in his thirties."
OK, now we can talk about the music...
Brad Pitt Jonesing to Get Basterdly Again
Directors, beware! If you plan on booking Brad Pitt for a film, you may want to check in with Quentin Tarantino first.
Sounds like an Inglourious Basterds prequel is Pitt's top priority.
"Everybody would drop whatever they're doing to go back to work with Quentin," Pitt's Basterds costar Eli Roth told us at the Hamilton Behind the Camera Awards presented by Movieline.com in Hollywood. "All the time, Brad says, 'Prequel, prequel!' All the 'basterds' would jump on it in a second."
In fact, this possible prequel is already under way...sorta. Read on for the details.
Kellan Lutz: More Excited by Eclipse Than New Moon
Sure, Kellan Lutz thinks New Moon is a "great" movie, but he's not afraid to admit he's more excited by Eclipse.
"Eclipse is a masculine movie," Lutz says. "I love it. All the stunts I was able to do by myself. It's an action movie!"
In fact, Lutz thinks the third installment will bring even more new fans to the franchise...
