Rosanna's Work Gets in the Way?

I’ve got a Rosanna Arquette update for you.
As I first told you yesterday, the Desperately Seeking Susan star canceled her plans to attend the Ribbon of Hope celebration on Saturday, World AIDS Day.
While there may have been some suspicion that she decided not to go because of the media scrutiny she’s under from her possible romance with Sir Paul McCartney, an insider tells me it’s actually work that may have gotten in the way.
The source says that organizers of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences event were told before this past weekend that there was a chance Arquette would be called to Toronto for a film she's working on. The bad news that she’d have to bail on Ribbon of Hope arrived earlier this week.
Maybe she can send Sir Paul in her place? What better way to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS than with a former Beatle?
