The Bachelor's Heart in San Francisco?

Forget the rose ceremony. The Bachelor was all about chocolate on Friday night.

For all you millions of Bachelor fanatics out there, I have some scoop on the upcoming 11th season.

Spies in San Francisco report that the new Bachelor (I won’t reveal much, but I’m told he has a foreign accent) shot a date with one of his Bachelorettes at the flagship Ghirardelli Chocolate Ice Cream and Chocolate Shop.

Producers tried to keep things secret by shooting late at night and into the wee hours. My spies spotted cast and crew arriving around midnight. Before sitting down to chat, I’m told the Bachelor and the Bachelorette jumped behind the counter to make their own sundaes.

The shoot didn't wrap until after 3 a.m., according to my spies.

No surprise, but a rep for the ABC reality show declined to comment. “We have not announced who our new Bachelor is yet, so I can’t confirm anything about him,” the rep said. “And we also do not talk about where we are shooting while the show is in production.”

The new Bachelor debuts Sept. 24.
