Beyoncé and Jay-Z still aren't married, but that's not keeping them from looking for a house together.

I hear the duo was doing some real estate browsing while vacationing in the Dominican Republic over the holidays. I'm told they were particularly fond of a house in which they'd visited for lunch. They inquired about buying it but were told it wasn't for sale, my source reports.

However, the owners suggested they check out Oscar de la Renta's Casa de Campo development because the luxe resort features similar villas that are on the market. Properties there range from $3-6 million, according to Christopher Encia, a sales agent at Casa de Campo.

So, what would B. & J. get with their purchase? Casa de Campo sits on 7,000 acres of the Caribbean country's east coast. The private community features its own doctors, police and fire departments, four golf courses, 20 swimming pools, 19 clay tennis courts, two private beaches and three polo fields.
