John Mayer wasn't Jennifer Aniston's only ex-boyfriend partying it up on Labor Day weekend.

While Mayer was reportedly spotted carousing with a mystery blonde in Miami, Vince Vaughn was in the company of an unidentified brunette in Las Vegas on Labor Day night.

So what were they up to?

Vaughn and the gal were spotted having dinner with another couple at the new Yellowtail Sushi Restaurant & Bar.

"She was very pretty, in her early to mid-30s," a source reports. "Vince was very affectionate to her like a boyfriend would be."

While enjoying not one, not two, but three bottles of wine, I'm told they stayed so long that the restaurant remained open an extra hour until about 1 a.m. to accommodate Vaughn & Co.
