Sophia Bush is not, we repeat, not a vegetarian.

At least not yet.

Despite various reports that the One Tree Hill starlet has gone meat-free...

She tells us she hasn't exactly gone that far with her eating habits. "I read Alicia Silverstone's book [The Kind Diet] and have cut a lot of meat out of my diet," the 28-year-old recently told us at the "Beauty Culture" exhibit opening at L.A.'s Annenberg Space for Photography. "I don't eat a lot of it any more but a little... I'm sure that in this transition eventually I won't eat any meat at all."

Bush says she also keeps healthy through exercise, but she's not obsessive about it.

"I don't think it's a good thing to be in the gym seven days a week like a psycho and I also don't think it's good to not work out at all," she said. "I think you have to make it fun and mix it up and not take it too seriously but try to take care of yourself. Heart disease is the number one killer of women in this country and nobody talks about that so we should all be exercising somewhat just to, you know, keep our tickers healthy."

So how does Bush make it fun?

"I bike and I hike with my dogs all the time," she said. "It's easy I think, especially in L.A. where we have outdoors as such a great resource."
