Which Jersey Shore Star Is Stripping for Playboy?

Just when you thought you've seen everything there is to see about the MTV reality show, one of it's self-described guidettes is gonna get naked for ya

She's got the bod, the boobs and the fame.

It's not wonder Playboy has been hot for JWoww.

So just how close is the Jersey Shore star to closing the deal to strip down for the mag—and just how undressed will she get?

"Final offer is standing," JWoww told me just the other day. "Hopefully, it will go through."

When is she looking to show off her nakedness? She smiled, "Winter."

In other words, it's happening, people! JWoww smiled again, "I'd like to say so."

Still on the table is how much she'll actually show. "I don't know yet," she said. "It hasn't been talked about yet."

JWoww also told me that she and Snooki have declined offers to be on a couple of other reality shows. "She had two and I had one," she said. "I don't know if we're able to say but both were on NBC."

The Apprentice anyone?

They're holding out for their own show. "It would be us just living together," Snooki said, "and trying to make a living."
