Jimmy Fallon's Emmys Plan: "Weird and Crazy Stuff"

Funnyman talks about Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Glee and showing off his abs during Sunday's big awards show

Jimmy Fallon is tight-lipped on plans for his Emmy hosting debut on Sunday. Heck, he still won't confirm my scoop that Kate Gosselin will be there.

But we can respect that. So how about Fallon telling us something the Television Academy would not let him do...

"Nothing really," Fallon told me this morning at the Emmys red carpet rollout in Downtown L.A. "Everything I asked for, which has been some weird and crazy stuff, they're like, 'Yeah!'"

But not too crazy—like Fallon paying homage to Jersey Shore with a Situation-inspired shirtless skit. "I do not have a six-pack," he said. "I have a one-pack. I found one ab the other day. It was really exciting. I took a picture and tweeted it. Very exciting."

Also exciting? Having Kim Kardashian take part in this year's show. "I love it," he said about Keeping Up With the Kardashians. "I love reality TV. I love TV in general.

"There are so many new shows this year, like Modern Family and Glee," he continued. "There are also great shows that are going away like Lost, 24 and Law & Order. It's a lot to play with."

And you can add Fallon to the list of celebs wanting to be on Glee. "He has my email," Fallon said of the show's creator Ryan Murphy. "Whenever he's ready."

So does Fallon hope to conquer the Emmys in a quest to one day host the Oscars. "No," he insisted. "This is all I want to do right now. I'm very happy hosting the Emmys."
