Julia Roberts may be the world's most famous pretty woman who can also command a big-ass paycheck, but she insists it's the simpler things in life that make her smile.

During a recent sit-down with buddy Oprah Winfrey, airing on O's show Monday, the Oscar winner revealed that…

"My favorite thing is just watching them wake up and watching them realize the day come upon them," Roberts said. "It's just…fascinating to me."

What has she learned from 5-year-old twins Hazel and Finn, and Henry, who turns 3 next month? They're so, like, in the now. "They're so great and sweet and present," Roberts cooed. "That's the thing about being new to the world, is you're just so present and impressed with everything."

We'll be seeing a lot more of Ms. Roberts in the next few weeks leading up to the August release of Eat, Pray, Love, the movie adaptation of the best-selling memoir of the same name. One major magazine, I'm told, will feature three different cover versions of Roberts for an upcoming issue inspired by the book and film's three themes and simply worded title.
