Anyone selling tickets to hang with people like Jennifer Hudson and Carrie Underwood on Saturday night at Clive Davis' legendary pre-Grammy party?

Well, ya better not be!

Why? Read on to find out.

Because you're not supposed to!

I just got word that an ad on Craig's List is offering what it claims are two tickets to the soiree for a whopping $5,000.

An insider says organizers are working to track down the seller, who they say will be blacklisted from future parties if he or she turns out to be an actual invited guest.

But ya can't blame someone who can afford it to try to buy their way in. Davis' past parties—and these are only ones that I've been to—have included performances by Whitney Houston, Alicia Keys, Usher, Christina Aguilera, Pink, Leona Lewis, Foo Fighters, Akon, Jamie Foxx and the Black Eyed Peas, among a gazillion others.

And guests include everyone from Janet Jackson and Sir Paul McCartney to Chace Crawford and Mark Wahlberg.

Underwood and Hudson are said to be taking to the stage this year along with a slew of others. Reps for Davis repeatedly decline to release any names before the actual Beverly Hilton hotel shindig.

I'll be there tomorrow night. Make sure to come back here for a full report and for a real-time play-by-play, follow me on Twitter, @marcmalkin.
