Teresa Giudice can't wait for next week's finale of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. She promises we'll finally find out what caused her to flip a table aimed for fellow Housewife Danielle Staub.

"I think everybody is going to get it once they watch the show," Giudice, who is six months pregnant with her and hubby Joe's fourth child, told me this morning. "She said she likes to push buttons, but you know what? Sometimes pushing buttons is not a good thing."

Read on for more of Ms. Teresa. We talked babies, boobies and why we shouldn't think her husband is anti-gay.

Congrats on the pregnancy. Do you know if you're having a boy or a girl?
I have no idea. We want it to be a surprise.

What do your three daughters think?
They can't wait. They're like, "Mommy, it's taking so long! When's the baby coming?"

On last night's episode, we saw you get breast implants. You weren’t nervous having it on the show?
I've always wanted to do it, but I was always afraid. When I told the show I was thinking about doing it, they loved the idea. They were like, "Oh, that would be great on the show." So that's what made me do it. Otherwise, I probably never would have done it.

You're happy with the results?
I'm perfectly happy. Now they are even a little bit bigger because I'm pregnant. I'm like, "Oh no. I don't even like them this big."

You've said Joe has always been more about your butt than your boobs. What does he think now?
He likes them. He didn't come near them right away to make sure they heal first. And when he did, look what happened—I'm having a baby!"

A couple of weeks ago, Joe got some flack for using an anti-gay slur.
I don't think it was a bad thing. I mean, Danielle tried to make it more than it was. I think a lot of Jersey boys talk like that. Please don't write anything bad. Believe me, he felt bad afterwards.
