The two were spotted on Sunday night with a gaggle of friends at Fuerza Bruta: Look Up, an interactive music and dance show at the Daryl Roth Theatre.
"They were making out during the show," a source reports.
The lovebirds stayed around for the postshow dance party, which features indoor rain. "They were getting completely soaked together and having a great time," the source says.
No surprise, but Lively admirers didn't mind her wet look. Says the source, "She looked stunning!"
