Denise Richards: DWTS Costumes Will Get Skimpier

Loading...

As if the costumes aren't revealing enough on Dancing With the Stars, Denise Richards predicts we'll be seeing even less fabric and a lot more skin in the weeks ahead.

"I love the costumes," the E! reality star told me after last night's show. "But it seems the costumes get skimpier on this show the more weight people lose."

Richards' outfit last night wasn't too skimpy, so at least that was one less thing she had to worry about...

In fact, she said she was feeling a lot better than she did during the show's premiere a week ago. "I felt great tonight," she said. "I got my first-night jitters out of the way last week."

And it showed. Richards and her partner, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, soared to a solid 21 out of a possible 30 points from the judges. But the opinions who really matter the most to Richards are those of her two daughters, Sam and Lola.

"My girls love that I’m doing the show," she said. "Thank God for TiVo! They watch over and over, and they want Maks to teach them to dance!"

Of course, on everyone's mind during season eight’s second show was Steve-O, who was rushed to the hospital after injuring himself during the dress rehearsals. "I adore him," Richards said. “I hope he’s OK."
