Mandy Moore, Ciara, Rachel Bilson Say Stop Texting!
Celebs like Ciara, Rachel Bilson and Mandy Moore want us to stop being textually active...at least when we're behind the wheel.
They were just a few of the stars at Nobu West Hollywood last night for Elle magazine and Express' Hit the Road, TXT L8R campaign party, hosted by Ciara (who admitted her new short 'do is actually a wig.)
Rachel came without her engagement ring, but newlywed Mandy Moore told us the person she texts most is her hubby, Ryan Adams.
Twilight's Nikki Reed and Kellan Lutz were also on hand. So what did they have to say about Rachelle Lefevre's recasting?
Rise 'n' Shine: New Jonas Brothers Video Takes Flight
• The new Jonas Brothers video for "Fly With Me" has landed on the Internet and features some stellar choreography. Joe may not be reprising his "Single Ladies" moves, but that stuff he does with the hat? Spectacular.
• Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson might be back together again. Given all the house calls, were they ever really apart?
• Even after starring in The Hangover, Bradley Cooper and Justin Bartha don't have very effective morning-after cures for a long night of drinking.
• Looks like we won't be seeing Hugh Laurie on Broadway anytime soon, unless Elton John develops House: The Musical. Hey, it could happen!
• Susan Boyle is back in Scotland with her cat, Pebbles. Of course she has a cat named Pebbles.
• The bromance between Russell Crowe and Ridley Scott has taken a major turn for the worse, but picturing Amy Adams and Emily Blunt palling around makes us feel much better about it.
• Dear Mandy Moore and Ryan Adams: You crazy newlyweds actually put together a pretty neat duet. Nice work. Love, Rise 'n' Shine
If only Reese Witherspoon had lent Bret Michaels that helmet she's wearing in Big Pic, the Tonys afterparties would have been much more eventful.
We'll protect you almost as well as that helmet if you follow us on Twitter @eonline!
Rise 'n' Shine: John Krasinski Gives Coke a Twist
• John Krasinski's new ad for Coke is convincing of the following things: (a) he's cute, (b) he's maybe a little boring, (c) he uses clichés when he's not being funny, (d) he doesn't like Coke (he never takes a sip!).
• John Mayer kisses random girls on the street to prove that saying he doesn't have a girlfriend means he doesn't have a girlfriend. One thing is for certain: Rolling Stone magazine is not his girlfriend.
• Time for Jessica Alba to go back to driver's ed!
• If Bradley Cooper wants to up his star status or make out with an Olsen or whatever, that's fine, but he needs to buy some new clothes.
• Mandy Moore uses candy therapy hypnosis to help her with stage fright.
• Dear New Yorkers: It's like Christmas in July—Robert Pattinson is coming to town this summer! Love, Rise 'n' Shine
Miley Cyrus is all '70s flower power in the Big Picture gallery.
Kelly Clarkson & Mandy Moore: New Music Videos
Kelly Clarkson is back with "I Do Not Hook Up," her second single off All I Ever Wanted. It's typical Clarkson—wind machine, band performance, boy problems. Kelly apparently only hooks up in fantasies when she's bored at rich-people parties or drunk during GNOs. It's a little something she learned from Katy Perry.
Also out there putting some moving images to her music is Mandy Moore, who would like to be viewed as a real musician and not some pop star of yesteryear with her new single, "I Can Break Your Heart Any Day of the Week."
To prove how heartbreak-worthy she is, Mandy attends a mixed martial arts class and exercises her vast arsenal of facial expressions. Then she shows UFC champion Chuck Liddell her cute dress. He seems to like it, so she kicks him the balls because, as anyone who's seen Crank 2 knows, that always brings the lulz. Anyway, it's more like "I Can Break Your Balls Any Day of the Week." Hey-oh!
So which new music video do you prefer? Kelly's wind-machine energy or Mandy's slo-mo lessons in making faces?
Mandy Moore Knows—She Used to Kinda Suck
Mandy Moore has a new album coming out. It's called Amanda Leigh, her proper name, because this album is so seriously for-real she couldn't go by Mandy. She also posed in some lingerie for May's Details in order to emphasize the realness.
And that marriage last month to Ryan Adams also equals real points and "will improve Moore's standing with the Pabst Blue Ribbon crowd," according to the magazine.
It's hard to fault Mandy on her quest to be taken seriously. It's quite challenging to switch gears and start making "Todd Rundgren, Joni Mitchell, and Paul McCartney" music after starting out as a mediocre pop star created during the rise of Britney and Christina. And Mandy gets this, which is where jabs at her early career come in handy.
Mandy Moore: "Home Is Honeymoon Enough"
Newly married Mandy Moore hasn't taken a honeymoon with hubby Ryan Adams, and that's just fine by her.
"We'll have to talk about it," she said at the Latisse launch party last night. "I'm happy being home. Home is a honeymoon enough for me!"
The starlet was glowing at the bash, where she showed off her wedding ring bling and a cute blond hairdo. And just in case you were wondering, she stuck to sipping water...let the baby bump rumors begin!
Meanwhile, fellow partygoer Debra Messing couldn't stop talking about how svelte new mama Angie Harmon has gotten since giving birth...
Rise 'n' Shine: Was Wacky Joaquin Fight Another Hoax?
• People are questioning the reality of Joaquin Phoenix's Miami rap show row. Some think it was staged.
• Real Housewives of New York City's Kelly Killoren Bensimon's brawl with her boyfriend also may have a been a choreographed play to land another season on the reality hit.
• Mandy Moore and Ryan Adams' wedding, however, was for reals.
• Chuck Norris and his brother beat the plink out of Bob Barker when they were younger. Ah, the Price you pay for kickin' it with your buddies.
• Who'd a thunk it? Ron Jeremy made an appearance in one of the Oscar-nominated films this year. Can you guess which one?
• Dear Freida Pinto: Do Bond. Love, Rise 'n' Shine

Merry Mandy Moore Marries Rocker Ryan Adams
Only one month after confirming her engagement, Mandy Moore has gone bridal, marrying indie rocker Ryan Adams.
The pair, who've dated on and off for the past year, tied the knot in a small ceremony on Tuesday in Savannah, Ga., the actress-singer's publicist confirms to E! News.
While Moore, 24, had weddings with Shane West and John Krasinski in A Walk to Remember and License to Wed, respectively, this is the first real-life marriage for both her and Adams, 34.
Just last week, Moore briefly spoke to E! News about her upcoming nuptials without dropping nary a hint that they were just around the corner.
Rise 'n' Shine: Drew & Hugh Rumors Are New
• Drew Barrymore and Hugh Grant supposedly "made out." We don't buy it—"Hugh and Drew" sounds too much like something out of a Dr. Seuss book.
• Britney Spears has been rehearsing with Nine Inch Nails, and she and Trent Reznor are getting along famously. "Closer" and "If You Seek Amy" do have similar subjects.
• Even though Mandy Moore and Natalie Portman's fashion forays have gone bust, Tara Reid is launching a clothing line along with her sobriety streak.
• Mickey Rourke has a new victim...Barbara Walters!
• Suri Cruise inspires Ashanti's new 'do.
• X Men Origins: Wolverine is doing a three-day reveal in its ads on Fox, but...what? Taylor Kitsch? Mmm…
• Dear Jillian Lewis: If all the Project Runway alums have collections as good as yours, this is going to be an exciting Fashion Week. Thanks! Love, Rise 'n' Shine

Mandy Moore and Ryan Adams Engaged!
We're not the only ones who think Mandy Moore is sweet like candy. She and alt-rocker Ryan Adams are engaged, Moore's rep, Jillian Fowkes, confirms to E! News.
The musically inclined duo first began dating quietly in December 2007 but weren't discovered until March. In July, Adams released a statement regarding their breakup, blaming the spotlight surrounding the 24-year-old starlet.
Shortly thereafter, Moore flew to the side of ex-fling DJ AM following his tragic plane crash. They reunited briefly, but the flame had fizzled by the end of December.
The first buzz of her reunion with Adams came just last week, when he posted a photo of them together on his blog. The picture, taken during Sundance, has since been removed.
The multihyphenate has dated her fair share of fine famous fellas, including Wilmer Valderrama, Andy Roddick and Zach Braff. Her next album, Amanda Leigh, is set for release in May.
Mandy Moore's Clothing Line Shelved?
If Mandy Moore fans are looking forward to her clothing line's next collection, they may have to wait a very long time.
On Monday, the actress and singer claimed to be shuttering Mblem, her contemporary label launched back in 2005, to focus more on music. (Moore's next album, Amanda Leigh, debuts May 26.)
But there may be some good news for devotees of her cazh wares: Mandy's manager, Jon Leshay, says the multihyphenate star is just "taking a break for a few seasons," not shutting it down completely. "There are new concepts coming [for Mblem]. We're taking it in a new direction and want to take the time to do it right."
Maybe someone should check with Mandy. DJ AM's ex tells Women's Wear Daily, "If I were to dip my toe back in there, it would have to be the right situation...a great partnership that could represent a true reflection of me and my ideas and you know that wasn’t happening."
Sounds like Mandy's got to pick one day job—singing or designing—and stick with it.
May Means More Mandy Moore!
Mandy Moore doesn't have a new beau (that we know of), but she does have a new baby.
Her latest album, Amanda Leigh, is set to hit stores May 26.
The sweet-like-candy starlet titled the album after her given name and was inspired by such artists as Joni Mitchell and Todd Rundgren.
"We're trying to do a '70s Southern California/Laurel Canyon vibe," she told E! News in December. She also joked that a coffeehouse tour was in the works.
Amanda Leigh, whose tracks include "Everblue," "Nothing Everything" and "Song About Home," marks the debut release for Storefront Recordings, founded by Moore’s longtime manager, Jon Leshay, and RED Distribution.
"I’m connected to these songs and how they came to fruition in a way I’ve never been able to articulate before," says the 24-year-old, whose previous outing was 2007's Wild Hope.
