Just call it Zac Efron & Friends.
Zac was in director-producer Adam Shankman's backyard the other day in Los Angeles, shooting a video for FunnyorDie.com.
Who did the guys enlist to help them out?
Lance Bass Is Looking for Love
Lance Bass may be a successful matchmaker for his pals, but unfortunately he's having trouble working the same magic when it comes to his own love life.
"I'm never really good with matching myself, but I'm dead-on with matching my friends," Bass, 29, told us the other day at the John Varvatos 7th Annual Stuart House Benefit. "I'm always trying to play matchmaker."
Case in point?
Party With Party Girl: Lance Bass' Boozy Bash Recap
Before Lance Bass headed off to for his Dancing With the Stars tour, he wanted to get in one last party. Last night, he hosted the launch party for Zen Green Tea liquor at Yamashiro and set the record straight about his dating status.
"I'm single and happy and ready to work," he said, shooting down claims that he has a new boyfriend.
Also single and ready to mingle at the bash? Entourage's Rex Lee, who told us he's "tragically single" but that he has "a crush on everyone."
Check out his reaction in the clip above when we suggested Lance as a possible new paramour!
Update
Ballroom Blitz: Brooke Wins Dancing With the Stars
Ballroom bragging rights have been passed to Brooke Burke.
It was the former model and Rock Star host who booked herself a solo spot on the Dancing With the Stars podium after 10 weeks of consistently high-quality performances that, even when they weren't the most exciting in the bunch, were indicative of how much potential she was harboring in that hot postbaby bod of hers.
"Unbelievable!" the model and TV host gushed when asked how it felt to hoist the disco ball trophy.
Lance, Brooke and Warren Dance It Out, Finals-Style
The finalists left almost all of it on the floor tonight.
For Monday's penultimate episode of Dancing With the Stars' seventh season, Lance Bass, Brooke Burke and Warren Sapp were each called upon to perform twice—an all-inclusive Samba Smackdown and an anything-goes freestyle—to really prove their mettle before the phones, Internet and mobile phones were thrown open for our voting pleasure.
Find out who benefited from this new samba experiment, whose lifts were the mightiest and who's got the best shot at the disco-ball trophy tomorrow night.
Dancing Down to Final Three
The seventh season of Dancing With the Stars has flown by, leaving in its wake three contestants with a shot at the championship on next week's finale.
Though this season has largely been missing the "wow" factor (the serious, positive "wow" factor, anyway) and last night's results were mixed for Brooke Burke, Cody Linley, Lance Bass and Warren Sapp, viewership has been consistent and voter support has been strong—so there's plenty of people out there lovin' this group, right?
See whether your favorite three made it through, or whether, once again, you have to admit that you just don't understand the way America thinks...
DWTS' Lacey: Sarah Palin Needs to Shake Her Booty
Forget hunting season! Sarah Palin may want to think about bumpin' and grindin' over to Dancing With the Stars.
At least that's what Lance Bass' professional dancing partner, Lacey Schwimmer, thinks. "I'd love to see Sarah Palin go out there and shake her thang," Schwimmer said last night at the Shaun White Snowboarding video game event in L.A. "She'd be great at it. Put on little cha-cha heels, and she'd be ready to go."
On a completely different note, we're happy to report that Schwimmer's dance with the DWTS curse is healing and she won't have to go under the knife.
Lance Bass' Drive for Gay Marriage Rights
From Dancing With the Stars to getting mobbed by protestors marching through Hollywood for gay rights, Lance Bass had quite an evening last night.
After holding on to his spot on DWTS' elimination show (Susan Lucci got the boot), the openly gay former boy-bander happened to be driving along Sunset Boulevard in L.A.
It's unclear whether he knew what was going on, but he quickly found himself smack in the middle of about 5,000 people (yes, I was one of them) who were protesting the passage of Proposition 8, the California ballot initiative that has overturned the state Supreme Court ruling which legalized same-sex unions.
DWTS: Sambas, Tangos and Middling Scores
Nine jived and waltzed last week and the same nine tangoed and samba'd tonight thanks to the nonelimination of Rocco DiSpirito that went down after Misty May-Treanor was forced to drop out of Dancing With the Stars with an injury.
We'd like to say that it was a pleasure to watch all nine, but...
Check out what went down Monday to find out who pleasantly surprised—and who painfully (for us) pressed on.

Lance Bass: Looking for a Sitcom
Don't look for Lance Bass to follow in Justin Timberlake's solo footsteps.
The Dancing With the Stars contestant has no plans of ever releasing his own CD.
"I would never do a solo album," he said at the One Sunset restaurant party in L.A. last Thursday. "It would be fun maybe to do a song here and there, but to put a whole album together would be so stressful and take so much time."
Besides, he added, "who knows if it would even be a success? The music industry is such a crapshoot these days."
Burning Q's: Aniston's Smokin' & Zefron's Baby
I wanna know if Jennifer Aniston smokes. I've read she does, but I haven't seen one single picture of her smoking. Thanks for your answer, B!tch!
— Vanesa, Argentina
E!'s own Matt Donnelly, better known as my B!tchling, says he saw her smoking within the past month—in Miami, to be specific. So there. Make your peace with this scorching fact and enjoy still more of my answers to your Burning Qs!
Hey! I heard Vanessa Hudgens is pregnant with Zac Efron's baby! Is that true?

Lance Bass On Justin, Hairy Chests & the Jonas Bros
Lance Bass is counting on most of 'N Sync to come watch him compete in Dancing With the Stars. The only one he's not too sure about is Justin Timberlake.
"If Justin ever calms down and doesn't not work, then he'll definitely be here," Bass says.
With or without friends in the audience, Bass is, surprisingly quite nervous about DWTS.
Why? Ya gotta keep reading for the second part of my one-on-one with Lance to find out...
