Jessica Alba: "I Never Feel Sexy"

She's one of Hollywood's hottest moms, but that doesn't mean Jessica Alba thinks so.
"I never feel sexy," the starlet, 28, confessed at last night's party for celeb photographer Mark Liddell's new book, Exposed: 10 years in Hollywood. "I never do, and that's the truth."

Just because Jessica Alba isn't the most smiley, happy-go-lucky starlet in Hollywood that doesn't mean she's not a load of fun.
Teri Polo, one of Alba's costars in the upcoming Little Fockers, insists Ms. Alba loves a good laugh…
"She loves to be funny," Polo told us at last night's BAFTA/LA Britannia Awards, co-hosted by Beefeater 24 gin. "I also think she's a very shy person who perhaps people perceive as a certain way…We get along just great."
So why does she get a rap for being a sourpuss? Polo explained...

When you've already got your Halloween costume ready to go, what else is a girl to do? Get a pumpkin, of course!
Which is just what little Honor did on Thursday as she hit up a Hollywood patch in search of a glorious gourd—well, with a little help from her mommy, Jessica Alba.
While we're not really sure what size pumpkin Honor ended up with, seeing how she had her sleeves rolled up and all, you can definitely tell the kid meant business and probably didn't settle for anything too tiny.

Hey, Jessica Alba, some have critiqued your inability to choose a decent script. Looks like you're having similar problems picking a decent outfit for Los Angeles living. Here are some helpful rules that can apply to both your cinematic craft and casual couture.
- Don't make it too complicated. No need to go for a layered performance. Just stick to your strongest assets. You don't have to wear four pairs of socks, nor do you need to dabble in "dialogue heavy" roles.
- Understand exposure. It can be tricky—much like the waistline of your goofy shorts. Keep a lower profile.
- In general, stay away from flashy diaper bags and Dane Cook movies, as both are filled with…well, you get it!

What's been missing from the Focker family saga?
Joining the celebrated ranks of fellow Focker stars including Robert De Niro, Dustin Hoffman, Owen Wilson and Barbra Streisand, the actress is in talks to appear in the next installment of Ben Stiller's Meet the Parents series, according Hollywood Reporter's Risky Biz blog.
The actress, whose recent big-screen comedic efforts include The Love Guru and Good Luck Chuck, would reportedly play a sexy pharmaceutical rep in the film Little Fockers.
And we can only guess that she would be the cause of much embarassment and physical anguish to Stiller's hapless Greg Focker.

Cover Boy Taylor Lautner Talks Crushes, R.Pattz
Twilight's Taylor Lautner may be on the cover of Teen Vogue and baring his pecs all over the place in New Moon, but he's a little shy about showing so much skin.
"It's a lot of hard work, and it's so uncomfortable knowing that so many people are seeing pictures of me shirtless," he told E! News at Teen Vogue's Young Hollywood party. "It's weird. It's kind of embarrassing."
It's hard being hot, huh?
While he's making lots of ladies swoon (including ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez who called his cover "amazing"), Taylor told us which Hollywood hotties get his blood pumping...
Rate-a-Trailer: Will You Heart Valentine's Day?
While watching this first look at the upcoming romantic comedy Valentine's Day, we were trying to figure out who isn't in it.
After all, the ensemble cast is quite the laundry list, including the likes of Jennifer Garner, Bradley Cooper, Anne Hathaway, Julia Roberts, Patrick Dempsey, both Jessica Biel and Alba, as well as Ashton Kutcher, who obviously managed to stop twittering long enough to take part.
And while the trailer itself doesn't really reveal much in the way of storyline (it is just a teaser, after all), what little it does show seems mildly amusing and pretty harmless.
The movie hits theaters in February 2010. Just in time for, well, you know.

Selena Makes Like Salma, Penélope at ALMA Awards

Vicky Cristina Barcelona is the gift that has kept on giving for the unexpectant Penélope Cruz.
The Oscar winner picked up her umpteenth honor tonight for her role as Javier Bardem's loca ex in the Woody Allen comedy, taking home the film actress award at the 2009 ALMA Awards, which recognizes the achievements of Hispanic artists in movies, TV and music.
The culture-clash dramedy Nothing Like the Holidays, costarring Debra Messing as the fish-out-of-water guest at her Hispanic in-laws' Christmas dinner, won a leading three trophies, including film actor of the year for John Leguizamo, who played Messing's hubby.
Jessica Alba was named Fashion Icon, Salma Hayek was honored with the Anthony Quinn Award for Industry Excellence, and Rita Moreno showed up to present a tribute to the late Ricardo Montalban. Disneyfied tween queen Selena Gomez picked up an acting prize for Wizards of Waverly Place.
David Archuleta (Best New Artist), Nelly Furtado, Shakira and Sean Kingston were among the musical guests. Eva Longoria Parker and George Lopez cohosted the ceremony at UCLA's Royce Hall.

Joe Jonas is moving up the movie-star ladder.
I just got word that Joe is close to joining Hollywood hotshots like Julia Roberts, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Biel, Jessica Alba, Patrick Dempsey, Jamie Foxx and Queen Latifah in director Garry Marshall's romantic comedy Valentine's Day.
Yup, the same movie that also has appearances by Joe's ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift, Twilight star Taylor Lautner and Emma Roberts.
No word on Joe's role, but...
