Jennifer Lopez Says No Way to Ex's Biopic
UPDATE: Lopez sued Noa for invasion of privacy and breach of contract on Nov. 6. She's asking for at least $10 million in damages.

Jennifer Lopez didn't want her dirty marital laundry aired in black and white, and she doesn't want it out there in Technicolor, either.
Citing the injunction all parties agreed upon two years ago, lawyers for the singer-actress have sent a cease-and-desist letter to her first ex-husband, Ojani Noa, demanding that he finally stop thinking he's going to profit from his brief marriage to the twice-since remarried star.
According to the letter, Noa's been shopping a film project called How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLo and Ojani Noa Story and has advertised for players on an open-casting website.
"It would strain credulity to the breaking point for those involved in the writing, development and the pre-production of the Proposed Film to claim that they were not aware" of the injunction in place, Lopez attorney John Lavely wrote.
The injunction prevented Noa from publishing a supposed tell-all book a few years back that claimed Lopez, among other things, was hooking up with Marc Anthony while the singer was still married. He was also ordered to pay $545,000 in damages for breaking a confidentiality clause he signed in 2005.
But despite its salacious yet straightforward title, the film's executive producer tells E! News that the movie is going to be more Borat than The Way We Were.
Dish or Disaster: Jennifer Lopez Cooks Up New Track
The oven mitts are off as Jennifer Lopez drops a new single.
"Fresh Out the Oven" has nothing to do with pizza or any other heated meals that deliver. It's a pop track by "Lola" and Pitbull, produced by the Neptunes.
We're not sure why Jenny from the Block needs to use yet another moniker, but they're attempting to get all viral by launching WhoIsLola.com, as well as an accompanying Twitter.
But we do know that Lola = J.Lo and that we haven't heard a new song from her in ages. However, after a couple listens to this one, that might have been for the best. Her love may not cost a thing, but what has "Oven" cost your eardrums?

Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony Hang With Obamas
Thanks to Barack Obama, Marc Anthony's 41st birthday was one for the record books.
After touring the Oval Office, J.Lo and Marc got glammed up for the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute's black-tie gala, where Marc was receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award.
While the president was presenting his award, he said Jenny's hubby is quite popular with Latina Congress members.
"I'm telling you, J.Lo, watch out," Obama joked from the podium.
The Obamas weren't their only political powerhouse companions...
J.Lo Throws Dinner Party for Sonia Sotomayor
Yet another sign that Jennifer Lopez's diva days may be behind her: She's throwing parties for someone else!
Jenny from the Block already stumped for Barack Obama during his bid for the presidency, so it's no surprise she's also backing his pick for the Supreme Court—who happens to be a fellow Latina.
J.Lo threw Sonia Sotomayor, the first Latina Supreme Court Justice, a dinner party at her Long Island home last night, according to Gossipcop.com.
Hubby Marc Anthony cohosted the intimate affair, which featured a cocktail hour before the main event.
So how many people made the list for the political party?
It's J.Lo's Party and She'll Cry If She Wants To
Jennifer Lopez apparently appreciates punctuality.
The actress turned 40 on Saturday with a fancy dinner fete at the Edison Ballroom.
But according to the N.Y. Daily News, J.Lo was none too pleased that not all the partygoers were on time.
"Jennifer was really irritated," the Daily News reports. "She was fuming because people were late, and complained about it really loudly to Marc," says one partygoer, who added, "Jennifer was visibly upset and embarrassed.
So who was late, and which celebs arrived on time and stayed in Jenny's good graces?
Happy 40th Birthday, Jennifer Lopez!
Jennifer Lopez turns 40 years young today, but she kicked off the celebration last night.
The actress has been busy filming The Back-Up Plan in the Big Apple and took some time out to party with the crew and hubby Marc Anthony.
While she's definitely toned down her divalicious side since becoming a mom to twins Max and Emme, J.Lo.'s huge chocolate cake still paid tribute to...herself, what else?
Jennifer Lopez Sticks Sweetface in the Closet
In these rough economic times, it's hard to put on a happy face, let alone a pretty assortment of Sweetface.
Jennifer Lopez is temporarily pulling the plug on her 6-year-old brand of high-end sportswear and accessories (aka about-town clothes to suit the diva within), WWD.com reports.
Sweetface's spring 2009 collection, which is currently in stores, will be the brand's last—until the rebuilding period is over, that is.
"In light of new company strategies, we have decided to put the Sweetface line on hiatus while we prepare to reintroduce the brand in the near future with new messaging points and an entirely new fashion point of view," the company said in a statement.
This bit of strategy takes the Wedding Planner star out of the fashion business in the U.S. Her JLO by Jennifer Lopez line is currently only sold internationally.

Jennifer Aniston and the Drunken J.Lo Connection?!
Did a wasted Jennifer Aniston really reach out and touch Jennifer Lopez?
Only in tabloid editors' wildest dreams.
"I drunk dialed Jennifer Lopez! It wasn't my finest moment," Aniston deadpanned to E! News when asked about ridiculous rumors she's heard about herself.
The Prada-clad Aniston cracked wise to us Friday, while accepting the Crystal Award at Women in Film's Crystal and Lucy Awards.
She also talked about how excited she is for her next project with Gerard Butler...
Jennifer Lopez Wants to Know What Love Is
Her love don't cost a thing, but apparently Jennifer Lopez is still trying to figure out exactly what it is she's giving away for free.
After a yearlong hiatus from pretty much everything to focus on her twins, Max and Emme, the multihyphenated star is looking to dominate the music scene once again with the new tune "What Is Love."
Upbeat and catchy, the track is vintage J.Lo. In other words, you can dance to it—and, with all those na na nas running throughout, it's the kind of tune that will be stuck in your head for days.
The song's Internet surfacing comes just days after Lopez debuted a ballad she wrote for her kids at a benefit for Childrens Hospital Los Angeles over the weekend.
Talented and charitable. Welcome back indeed.
But that's just us. Are you loving "What Is Love," or should Jenny simply go back to the block?

Jennifer Lopez Reveals Daughter's Medical Scare
Jennifer Lopez will never forget the night she and husband Marc Anthony discovered a lump on daughter Emme's head. Emme and twin brother Max were only 3 weeks old at the time.
"We both got very nervous, very very nervous, and I just remember my heart sinking to my feet," Lopez recalled at last night's Noche de Niños gala benefit for Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA). "I looked at [Marc] and I said, ‘You know if anything happens, I'm not going to be OK, you know that, right?'"
Lopez and Anthony rushed Emme to Children's Hospital, where she underwent a battery of tests, including an MRI. "Luckily, in the end," Lopez said, "she turned out fine."
But it turned into something more for the hospital...
Jennifer Lopez Dishes on Herself, er, Her Kids
When you don't have a movie or record to promote, it's always nice to have your twins to talk about when making an appearance on Rachael Ray.
That's just what Jennifer Lopez did on Friday as she cooed about her two 1-year-old bundles of joy, Max and Emme, revealing how her daughter not only gets her attitude from mom, but "she's got my little body, it's crazy."
As for her son, Jennifer says that she and hubby Marc Anthony "are always claiming he's got my head and he's got my mouth," not to mention she's "like thank God [Emme's] got my nose!"
Nothing like a little heredity competition when it comes to parenting. "That's the nature of who we are, we can't help it," she says. "We're both trying to steal it all." Perfectly normal, right?
Jennifer Lopez Kicks Squatter to the Cyber Curb
Jenny may be from the block, but she's not going to let just anyone move onto her cyberspace.
Jennifer Lopez won her cybersquatting case against a Phoenix man who had laid claim to jenniferlopez.net and jenniferlopez.org to make a buck.
The World Intellectual Property Organization ruled that the two domain names owned by Jeremiah Tieman led J.Lo fans to a website that generated paid advertising revenues. The Out of Sight star officially registered her name in the U.S. in May 1999.
Tieman claimed the "fan sites" were meant to provide news and updates on the star, but arbitrator William Towns disagreed.
