Is Jimmy Kimmel More of an Edward or Jacob Kinda Guy?
Ever feel like you're alone in your undying adoration of all things Twilight?
Probably not, but if it's any consolation, funnyman Jimmy Kimmel is right there with you.
Last Friday, the late-night host welcomed the New Moon crew to his show, and encountered a dilemma each of us faces all too often: Robert Pattinson or Taylor Lautner? Or better yet, Edward or Jacob?
"They're very good-looking people," he told E! News at the International Myeloma Foundation charity event. "They're vampires—one of them is a werewolf. You don't see that too much."
So, which is it? Kimmel's not picking sides (smart move!). "I think it's racist to pick between vampires and werewolves," the star teased. "So, I'll say that I love all monsters equally."
"Monsters" seems a bit strong. We prefer to call them "sexy beasts."

Balloon Boy Busted!
Little Falcon Heene might be flying high (or not), but Balloon Boy's parents are in big trouble.
Criminal charges are on the way for the "storm-chasing" Richard and Mayumi Heene, Larimer County Sheriff James Alderden stated during a Sunday morning press conference.
"The hoax [was] a planned event for at least two weeks to launch this spacecraft in order to gain media publicity," said Alderden. "To create a situation where it appeared Falcon was in the craft and his life was in danger with an ultimate goal of...obtaining a contract to do a reality show."
The charges will include filing a false report, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, attempting to influence a public servant and conspiracy, and could result in a maximum sentence of six years in prison and a $500,000 fine including restitution for all of the expenses the country incurred.
(How about adding successfully fooling an entire nation into caring to the list? Admit it—you feel as duped as we do!)
Listen to the 911 call made by Mayumi Heene
No arrests have been made, but the investigation is ramping up.
"We have a lot of work to do. We have to identify coconspirators, a lot of records to go through," said Alderden. "Until we do that, we can't submit a case to the district attorney's office. I cannot estimate how long that will take."
The Heenes, meanwhile, remain under a watchful eye.

Another Lindsay Burglary Suspect Turns Herself In
UPDATE: Los Angeles District Attorney's office spokeswoman Shiara Davila-Morales confirms to E! News that Rachel Lee is being investigated alongside Nicolas Prugo in connection to LiLo's break-in.
No charges have yet been filed against the duo, and he D.A.'s office has asked police to further invesigate the matter before determining how to proceed with the case.
________
Following the arrest of alleged Lindsay Lohan-Audrina Patridge burglar Nicolas Prugo last week, E! News has learned that a woman reportedly connected to the case has voluntarily gone to police.
A source close to Rachel Lee, who was allegedly caught on camera attempting to enter Lohan's home, tells E! News that Lee went to police Sept. 18 after hearing the accusations being made against her.
However, not everyone is buying the stories being told in the press. Kelsey Schluter, a friend of Prugo's, took to her Facebook after hearing about both arrests. "You don't know the facts. Lindsay, Nick, and Rachel are all friends," claims Schluter. "It was an inside job. A safe was never stolen."
