Jerry O'Connell's Latest Role? First-Year Law Student

Jerry O'Connell Flynet

Looks like Jerry O'Connell is going in a very different direction this pilot season.

Normally a mainstay in your fall TV lineup, E! News confirms Rebecca Romijn's baby daddy has enrolled at Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles.

"I had always planned on continuing my education at some point and because my wife is working...and I'm hope all day with the girls, I figured I would take a couple of classes at night," O'Connell said.

"It was either that or play video games until 2 a.m."

Jackson Family May Purchase Private Garden for Michael's Final Resting Place

Loading...

Michael Jackson is still "not buried yet," but we're hearing that he may be getting close.

A source close to the Jacksons tells E! News that the family is now looking to purchase a private garden at Forest Lawn Memorial Park so that ultimately, the entire clan can be laid to rest, side by side.

"They are waiting to work out the details on buying plots for the whole family before they lay Michael to rest," says the source.

Each garden, which runs about $253,000 and is enclosed by a brick wall with flowers surrounding it, can hold up to eight plots.

Wait a minute, the garden only accommodates eight people?

Hmmm, we did the math and in this case, eight definitely isn't enough.

There are nine Jackson siblings (with their various families), along with parents Joe and Katherine Jackson. No word yet on who won't make the cut.

Meanwhlie, E! News was also able to locate the hitherto hard-to-find Forest Lawn grave of Michael's grandmother, Martha Bridges, and contrary to some accounts reporting a hush-hush burial of Jackson's body beside Bridges, no signs of a fresh grave, or any new grave nearby, were located.

Britney Spears' Peeper Defends Her Snooping

As Britney Spears continues her Circus tour throughout California this week, Spears' alleged trespasser Miranda Tozier-Robbins spoke exclusively to E! News about why she snuck onto the pop star's property and the reason she believes things have been blown out of proportion.

Tozier-Robbins, 26, is a former American Idol hopeful who says she has been in Los Angeles for about a month and a half and is actively pursing an entertainment industry career in numerous fields, one being paparazzi-like documentary filmmaking.

According to Tozier-Robbins, Britney's house was simply chosen because of its convenient location and perfect timing—she knew Spears would be in L.A. for her tour this week and apparently her address is available online.

"The documentary is more or less just, [me] on the way to Britney's house, going on the bicycle ride, the camping out in the woods," says Tozier-Robbins.

While she confesses to being a fan of Spears, Tozier-Robbins claims that she is in no way a stalker. "There's no obsession with Britney. Somebody else can go ahead and claim the title of Britney's stalker, because I sure as heck don't want it, you know!"

Once on the property, Tozier-Robbins was immediately caught by a Spears security guard and arrested for trespassing. She received a citation and was released.

But Tozier-Robbins tells E! that she would do something like this again in the future—minus the trespassing.
