Everybody—Including William Shatner —Hating on Heenes After Balloon Blowup

We're not sure if anyone was in cahoots with the Balloon Brood, but we're starting to get a long list of those people who aren't, right William Shatner? What do you say, Jimmy Kimmel?

With the local Colorado authorities on the hunt for possible coconspirators—including those with a Hollywood pedigree—in what they claim was a major publicity stunt gone way wrong, people can't distance themselves from the Heene family fast enough.

Those about-facing from the Heenes include Britain's RDF Media, a television production company that confirmed to E! News it was once working with the Heene clan on a possible reality show, a connection RDF now adamantly claims was long dissolved prior to Balloongate.

"At one point in time, we had a show in development with the Heenes," a company rep said.

Had being the operative word.

"We are no longer in active development with the family. Like everyone else in America, we were stunned and held our breath while the events unfolded, and like everyone else, we are extremely thankful for the fact that Falcon is safe with his family."

It's RDF that first loosed the family onto the unsuspecting airwaves, thanks to the company-produced Wife Swap, on which the Heenes appeared in March.

Among those also not working with the Heenes...

Jessica Alba Loves Jaws, But Apologizes for Bending Laws

Jessica Alba thelostogle.com

UPDATE: Perhaps not liking the idea of returning to Oklahoma City for a different kind of paperwork, Jessica Alba has apologized for hooking up with the White Mike campaign.

"I got involved in something I should have had no part of," the actress said in a statement obtained by E! News. "I realize that I should have used better judgment and I regret not thinking things through before I made a spontaneous and ill-advised decision to let myself get involved with the people behind this campaign. I sincerely apologize to the citizens of Oklahoma City and to the United Way for my involvement in this incident."

Move over, Banksy. There's a hot new vandal in town.

Jessica Alba left many citizens of Oklahoma City seeing red white last week, when she blanketed the downtown area guerrilla-style with posters of great white sharks as part of an underground effort to draw attention to the predators' dwindling population.

Miss California Denounces Racy Photo Leak

Carrie Prejean TheDirty.com

Miss California wanted to be in the public eye—now the public is getting an eyeful of Miss California.

The first of a reputed six racy photos of Carrie Prejean, donning little more than her traditional family values, leaked online yesterday and immediately sparked a new round of calls for the already controversial beauty queen—who claims she was manipulated into posing for the pic when she was underage—to be stripped of her tiara.

The photo—showing a topless, pink-underpants-wearing Prejean with her arm strategically placed—first appeared on TheDirty.com before making its way around the web. While only the single photo has been released, the site says there are five more, at least one of which is rumored to show Prejean completely nude.

The photo could affect her status as Miss California—Prejean's contract with the organization prohibits her from being "photographed in a state of partial or total nudity."

Hulk Hogan Understands But "In No Way Condones" O.J.; Wife Doesn't Buy It

Linda Hogan, Hulk Hogan Nancy Kaszerman/ZUMA Press

This is one Hulk you don't want to see angry.

Continuing this week's celebrity trend of speak first, think later, Hulk Hogan has revealed a whopper of a complex during an interview with Rolling Stone, saying that his messy split from wife Linda, and her subsequent shacking up with a friend of her teenage son's, made him feel downright O.J. Simpson-esque.

"I could have turned everything into a crime scene, like O.J., cutting everybody's throat," he said. "You live half a mile from the 20,000-square-foot home you can't go to anymore, you're driving through downtown Clearwater and see a 19-year-old boy driving your Escalade, and you know that a 19-year-old boy is sleeping in your bed, with your wife, and going to the Four Seasons, where you're paying for the toilet paper he wipes his ass with.

"I mean, I totally understand O.J. I get it."

But while it sounded as if Hogan may not know best after all, a rep for the erstwhile star wrestler said that he "in no way condones the O.J. situation."

Britney Trapped in Dad's "Prison" or Simply Scared of Sam? Lutfi's Sis Says Brit Wanted Help

Britney Spears Kevin Mazur/Getty Images

Does Britney Spears want out from under her daddy's thumb? Or is it her source of protection?

Those were the dueling storylines that emerged in a Los Angeles courtroom today, when attorneys on both sides gave testimony on whether to extend the restraining orders barring former manager/sidekick Sam Lutfi and other hangers-on from having contact with the "Toxic" singer.

Attorney John Anderson took the stand this morning and told Superior Court Commissioner Aviva K. Bobb that he was asked to represent the pop star in a battle to free her from the conservatorship controlled by her father, Jamie Spears.

"A person who purported to be Lutfi told me that all of Britney Spears' phone rights were cut off," he said, adding that he was also told the mother of two was under tight control by her father and virtually "in prison."

But just hours later, longtime Spears attorney Blair Berk took the stand and said it was the singer who asked her father to help keep Lutfi away from her, repeatedly requesting he be taken into police custody.

Shawn Johnson Beefs Up Security as Alleged Stalker Pleads Innocent

The only shuffle Shawn Johnson's alleged stalker will be partaking in is the one that ends in a courtroom.

The 34-year-old Florida man who was caught Tuesday night hopping a fence outside the  Dancing With the Stars studio in an attempt to meet the Olympic gymnast pleaded not guilty Thursday to felony stalking and two misdemeanor counts of carrying a loaded firearm in a vehicle.

At today's arraignment, Robert Michael O'Ryan's public defender requested that the media be removed from the courtroom because of his client's disheveled appearance, but the judge refused.

"We can't all look how we want to when we come to court. You're just concerned about his hair?" Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Kristi Lousteau replied, referring to O'Ryan's long brown hair.

After he entered his plea, Lousteau bumped O'Ryan's bail from $35,000 bail to $220,000 at the request of the L.A. District Attorney's Office.

John Travolta and Kelly Preston's 16-year-old son, Jett, who had a history of health problems, was killed by a "seizure," according to the death certificate issued today.

While the official results of an autopsy today have yet to been publicly announced, mortician Glen Campbell of the Restview Memorial Mortuary in the Bahamas confirmed to E! News that cause of death was a seizure and "there was no sign of head trauma."

"The body was in good condition," Campbell said.

A source close to the proceedings also told E! News that a preliminary report on Jett's death determined "there is no foul play," corroborating what a Travolta family lawyer initially stated last Friday.

"It is not a suspicious death. The body wouldn't already be turned over to the mortuary if there was anything suspicious," the source said. Autopsies are standard procedure in the Bahamas in cases of sudden death.

Bahamian Minister of Health Hubert Minnis did not say when, or if, the autopsy findings would be made public. Bahamian official and close Travolta family friend Obie Wilchcombe tells E! News that the autopsy was completed at 12 p.m. local time.

Mortuary director Keith McSweeney also confirmed that Jett's body is being cremated. "The remains will be turned over to his family tomorrow," he said.

Sharon Stone Schooled in Custody Deal

Sharon Stone's son will remain a Frisco kid for the time being.

A San Francisco court's ruling that Roan, Stone's 8-year-old son with ex-husband Phil Bronstein, should continue to live in the Bay Area with his father is not a refutation of Stone's custody rights—rather, it's only an order mandating that Roan stay in his current elementary school, according to Stone's attorney.

Despite a judge's statement that Bronstein "shall have permanent sole physical custody," Stone still retains joint physical and legal custody of Roan, per their original agreement filed on Oct. 4, 2007, attorney Martin Singer told E! News Tuesday.

What happened was, the judge denied Stone's request to have Roan attend school in Los Angeles, saying the child was to “permanently stay in San Francisco,” Singer added.
