Brody's Back on the Market

Brody's available again, ladies.

Sources confirm to E! News that The Hills star Brody Jenner has split with his girlfriend of almost six months, model Cora Skinner. "They broke up, because they decided they're better off as friends. Brody is definitely back on the market," a source says.

So, um, should L.C. be expecting a call soon? No. "They're not getting back together at all," another source told us regarding Brody ex Lauren Conrad.

But don't worry too much for the guy. He was spotted lunching with pals on Wednesday at the Malibu Country Mart. And sitting next to him was another model, Kendhal Beal, who has worked as a Deal or No Deal briefcase babe. An eyewitness at the lunch tells us, "They definitely have a lot of chemistry."

A rep for Jenner couldn't be reached for comment.

Ashlee & Pete: Long Engagement, Tiny Kids

They've already been engaged for, like, days, so we thought we'd get the scoop on the future plans of Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz.

E! News caught up with Lucy Walsh of MTV's Rock the Cradle at the Green Means Go Party in Beverly Hills on Friday afternoon. She'd talked to Ashlee and gave us some exclusive scoop about the couple's upcoming plans.

"We talked yesterday, and she is just so excited, she said they are stuck in her house," Walsh, the daughter of legendary Eagles guitarist Joe Walsh, told E! "They went to her mom’s house, because there are, like, so many paparazzi everywhere. They are just stuck inside."

Stuck at home with the bride-to-be's mom, that can only mean one thing: Wedding planning. Any guesses about what the ceremony will be like?

"She comes from Texas, so I think it will have a lot of southerness to it, but I also think she will incorporate a lot of the punk rock that is her personality. So it will be somewhere in between a rave and a barbecue," says Walsh. "I am sure they will fly off to some exotic location to have it, I mean they have the money to do something like that. I know she wants to have a really long engagement. They’ve still got a lot they want to with their careers."

We know that Pete won't be designing her wedding dress, but we asked Walsh if she knew anything about the dress. "I have no idea, I think the less the better with Ash."

And we had to know: What are they like as a couple? "They are the cutest, they are tiny. They are gonna have tiny little kids, and I just think they are adorable."
