The Biggest Loser: "It Was Relentless"
We dare you not to cry during the season-eight premiere of The Biggest Loser. In fact, make that a double-dog-dare.
Goosebumps ran up and down our arms as we watched Tracey Yukich, 37, try to crawl to the finish line of the one-mile mark only to be taken away by medics. Our eyes welled up as Abby Rike, 35, told the tragic tale of losing her husband and two small children in a car crash.
If anyone dismissed The Biggest Loser as just another weight-loss show, think again. Now is the time to get into what is arguably one of the most emotional rollercoasters on reality TV today.
We chatted with tough-as-nails trainers Jillian Michaels and Bob Harper today to find out what's in store for the new season, and we can tell you, they are taking no prisoners...
Jon & Kate Plus 8: Jon's a Drag—or Dad of the Year?
Kate Gosselin didn't sound very convincing when she told Larry King last week that she thinks her soon-to-be ex-husband Jon is a great dad "deep down." But on tonight's episode, "Dude Ranch and Dress Up," Jon scored some major parenting points.
Not only is he at ease doing projects and activities with the kids like supermom Kate, but he even went so far as to don a dress for his girls.
"No, I'm not wearing girl clothing. I'm sorry," he first protested when one of his littlest ones asked him to wear pink on the show. "I'm not putting a dress on...not on TV, not ever."
Never say never, Jon...

This rumor was inevitable. With Ashton Kutcher as creator and executive producer of new CW show The Beautiful Life, talk naturally had to come around to his lovely wife, Demi Moore, making a guest appearance on the show about young New York models.
While online and overseas reports surfaced over the weekend that the movie star would be making a guest appearance on the show, a rep for the CW tell us this...
Is Neil Patrick Harris a Great Guest Judge Choice for American Idol?
We love Neil Patrick Harris just as much as the next gal, but we can't help but wonder: Should American Idol leave the judging up to the true recording-industry professionals?
The How I Met Your Mother star is sitting at the judges table today for the Dallas auditions, a Fox rep confirmed to us.
And yes, we know NPH has succeeded on Broadway and has sung a tune or two elsewhere in his entertainment endeavors. But does that make him a great judge for this type of competition? Take our poll below to let us know what you think and then hit the comments with your arguments.

American Idol: Matt Giraud's Accidental Lip-Sync
From unplanned lip-syncing to midnight rendezvous, American Idol's Matt Giraud dishes on life on the road, life onstage and what's to come next for the smooth singer.
"I'm finally feeling in the groove of things on the road," Matt tells us. "The performance part took a few to really get my thing going. Now it's more natural. I don't have to think about it, and I can improv a little bit here and there. And I still like my songs, which is good!"
That doesn't mean there haven't been a few bumps in the road...
