The two former friends hugged it out last night in a teary reunion at STK.
Lauren was at an afterparty for her fashion show sponsored by Malibu Rum on the patio of the Hollywood hot spot, while Heidi was hanging inside at the bar with boyfriend Spencer Pratt.

Heidi went out sans Spencer to congratulate L.C. The former BFFs had a heart-to-heart in the corner, complete with crying and hugging. Both looked happy at the conclusion of their chat.
Although Hills producer Adam Divello was there, no cameras were rolling to capture the emotional moment.
Heidi left shortly afterward with Spencer in tow to hit the opening of XIV, chef Michael Mina's new restaurant. Inside, she filmed with Audrina Patridge.
L.C. continued to party at STK, sipping champagne with Lo Bosworth and looking cozy with Kyle Howard, the My Boys actor she's been seen with lately.
