First, we found out where exactly Prince William and Kate Middleton are going during their upcoming trip to California.
And now, we know what the royal couple will be eating at least one of their fancy events.
Celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis spilled the beans this morning on what she'll be cooking for Wills and Kate at a July 9 charity polo match in Santa Barbara.
So what's cooking for the good-looking twosome?
Giada will be whipping up California cuisine that also pays homage to her Italian roots. First up is a "light and colorful" pea pesto crostini, featuring pureed peas on toast, topped with half a cherry tomato. Seeing how the Brits love them some mushy peas, that should be a hit.
Next, there's a California chopped salad with a mix of grilled lettuces, grilled corn, grilled shrimp, zucchini and crispy tortillas in a light lemon dressing, which should be suitable for svelte Kate.
Hopefully Will will have worked up an appetite playing polo that day, as the main course is a bit heavier. It's chicken Milanese, which features breaded chicken cutlets in a creamy tomato fennel sauce.
Giada herself knew that she'd be serving the royal duo awhile ago, but said on Today that she to keep it a secret until their California itinerary was officially released.
Now that she's figured out the menu, the celeb chef can focus on planning what's really important: her outfit.
"I'm thinking modern-day Pretty Woman," she said.
