Nick Lachey has one cool fianceé. Not every woman would be okay with her future hubby heading to Vegas solo to hang with Sports lllustrated supermodels.
While Vanessa Minnillo stayed behind in LA for auditions, Nick headed to Las Vegas on Thursday to host the SI Swim party.
"It's a look, no touch party for me so I'm just gonna enjoy it from afar," he told me at Vanity nightclub.
As for how the twosome's wedding plans are going?
"We're working on it," Nick shared, "We're getting there slowly but surely…we're inching our way along."
And even though Vanessa would out of sight, she definitely was on his mind, even in the midst of all the hot models surrounding him.
When I asked him the best thing about his bride-to-be, he said: "She looks as good if not better than any of the models you see behind me in a swimsuit."
Aww! Then again, when your girl's cool enough to let you go to Vegas solo, you better say that, right?
