Never let it be said that the Simpsons don't appreciate the little people in their life.

Last night, an expectant Ashlee threw a going-away bash for her assistant, and was joined by the entire family.

Hubby Pete Wentz was in the house, along with Jessica, Joe, Tina, Jess' old assistant Cacee Cobb...and even Mary-Kate Olsen.

The soiree was held at new Hollywood hot spot the Stork, where guests began showing up around 10 p.m.

The hip bar and eatery features tapas-style dining, with dishes like seared scallops, steak frites and crispy baby artichokes.

Celebs Nicole Richie and Leighton Meester have already stopped in, and tonight Maxim is hosting an X Games party at the hang.

But good luck to paps trying to get a picture of guests. Security is reportedly very aggressive with photographers, even shining flashlights to prevent them from getting their money shots.
